I thought Makoto basically jumped into that parallel universe that Tsubaki hears about: the one where Noel dies in the blast, and Tsubaki ends up staying by Jin's side. Also the one Hakumen mentions, and the one where Tsubaki eventually dies because of Terumi. I was bummed we never got to try and save Tsubaki in her story mode since it went at length about how she was brought into that timeline because it was an important day.

Ah yes, the old Gauntlet Hades trick. Basically, you need to the time the second part so it's as late as possible, so you are closer to the ground, so you land sooner and have enough time to continue the rest of the combo. If you just do it the normal way, you will take too long to reach the ground.

I've been playing CS again lately trying to get the DLC character story modes, and while playing Jin's I ran into the part where Jin was trying to fight Ragna, but his sword wouldn't listen to him. Ragna told him how Yukianesa was controlling him, not the other way around. Then Ragna told Jin that Jubei told him that when he mastered his sword and gained control of himself, he would become Ragna's greatest enemy. (Power of Order VS Ragna) Then Ragna told him that when that happened, he would finally fight Jin, a fight between brothers, not the Jin controlled by the sword. That pretty much shot Jin through the roof with anticipation, so he's still clearly into the idea of fighting Ragna. Just as himself, rather than being manipulated by outside forces.

Oh man that was the biggest help for me with Hotaru. I never used Hotaru because I would always get fucked by wakeup Renka and get 720'd. Once they changed it I started using Hotaru all the time. A while ago I thought that maybe I was doing Hotaru consistently now because I had gotten used to the execution, rather than it just being the input change. lol nope, went back to CT, I was doing wakeup Renka all over the place.

That only happens to me if I go back and play an older game.

I get what you're driving at, but I don't understand your examples. Wouldn't getting 3k for 100% OD be less damage for OD than 2.5k for 40% OD.
