Yeah, I was making guesses too. I started throwing in 2C into my blockstrings when I smelled a jump in the corner, and it was working pretty well. The 6A mess up isn't even the worst thing anymore. :P Just letting you get out of the corner every time somehow with like 1% is worse.

I like talking to people on mic on XBL. I also like making friends with the people I play. It makes it more fun. I mean, if I was gonna just fight no name randoms I'd go on ranked, but that's snoozeville. I care more about playing when it's someone I have a history with instead of just some nobody that I'll never hear from again. Using a mic became a pain in the ass ever since I got a stick and tried to play with that way back though. For some reason the Turtle Beach headset I had never worked on it, which meant I had to either use a pad to talk to my IRL friends and others when I played, or just go mute on the stick.

Everyone on XBL used mics all the time. You use it with pretty much every game so it's practically part of playing online. Not so much lately though since nobody is on as much.

^That should be obvious. @Ren: You need to take a few matches or set some time to learn how to do the motions, by just deciding that you're going to focus on those instead of winning a match or whatever. Next time you play go out and look for opportunities to use the combos or moves you're learning, and go out of your way to focus on inputting them precisely instead of being so caught up in the match that you don't notice what's happening. To get good execution on basic moves, you should also go into training mode and practice doing the move 10 times in a row. If you pull it off just once, don't leave and call it a day, that doesn't mean anything. You only learned it when you can do it consistently. So try to do it 10 times in a row without failing. By the time you get close to doing it 10 times successfully back to back, you should be much better at doing it. Since you're just learning these things, you have to keep drilling them into yourself so you don't forget it instantly the moment you stop playing. Eventually it'll become muscle memory and you will be able to do it without thinking about it.

You're panicking. You just have to stay calm and look at things analytically, pressing your buttons purposefully and consciously.

Are you sure the 720 cancel was removed? Or do you have to do it right away as soon as you input VC.

What's the timing to cancel VC into 720 or sledge again?

So for those who have played Relius, what's his style supposed to be like. Is he supposed to be like Carl, or be pressure / rushdown character, etc.
