Yeah, that's the one. All I have of it is the OST since some of the songs sounded good. Umineko had good music too. It made me interested in watching / playing whatever it but I'm too confused by how many versions there appears to be.

Man, Mega Upload always had the random obscure OSTs I was looking for. Now what. As for SOPA, it's pretty much dead already. It got shelved until a consensus can be reached. And since we all know that Congress can never agree on anything, it means it's done for good. :3 There's still PIPA though which is pretty much the same exact thing but the Senate version. Harry Reid is hell bent on passing it for some reason, although I'm not sure why.

In CT, Carl started out as complete ass and then shot up the list when the infinites were found. And Litchi was mid tier but became A tier towards the end, at least in LK's opinion.

For some reason watching JP players play poorly makes my blood boil. I don't know why, but it does. But it can help to know what NOT to do. Although that could still be restricted to good Haku player's matches. If the purpose of cataloguing the videos is to learn from them, then it probably isn't worth it. But if we're just gathering all the Haku videos we can, that someone might use for some other purpose that they might come up with, then it's a different story.

Every character has to take a risk to do anything. The difference is whether those risks are worth the reward and how risky they are. In Ragna's case, he gets paid off pretty well for it and it's not like just throwing something out there and just praying it hits.

He has great damage and great normals/tools. It doesn't matter if his mixup is not amazing. And with all the meter he has he can do lots of goofy stuff too anyway. If a character's damage is high enough it overcomes a lot of their other problems. (See: Makoto, Arakune) And the fact that his tools are great means that he doesn't need to resort to lots of risk taking. And I know KayEff is going to come in here and be all "no everything Ragna has is worse than Tager" but it's still good compared to a lot of other characters.

They're still trying to figure out which mirrors are even matchups and which are 7-3.

The real issue that comes up in every netplay tourney is connection problems between participants (how to handle those) and people not showing up. Also if it's held all at once or over a span of weeks.

Hazama's just one of those characters that always ends up being a pain in the ass character no matter what they do to him. Just like Tager always being low tier.
