No, it's not in order, but I don't feel any of these character represent an "S" tier character. Although I know tiers and their listings are based off of the game's characters' general strengths averaged and contested against the rest of the cast containing a thesis from experienced players for each character including tourney results and performance aptitude...*mini rant finishes* Nothing seems obscenely broken or so bad we should exclude the character from existence. Nothing in this game so far strike the fear of; CT: Nu/Rachel/Arakune or CS:Bang/Litchi/Taokaka/Makoto/Valk/Arakune/Hazama or CS:II:Noel/Carl/Makoto/Taokaka/Hazama. But i digress. Here my honest opinion but the sig doesn't have enough room for that. MY FORMAT: A+ = Hazama Hakumen A = Mu Ragna Arakune A- = Taokaka Carl B+ = Tager Valk Litchi B = Lambda Noel Plat B- = Tsubaki Makoto Unknown : Bang Rachel Relius Jin but to you guys it'd looks more like S : Hazama Hakumen Mu Ragna Arakune Carl A : Taokaka Bang Rachel Tager Noel Valkenhyan Litchi B : Relius Platinum Lambda Jin Makoto Tsubaki The reason Bang Rachel and Relius aren't placed in my tiers is because haven't see enough of them to really distinguish how good of characters they are. Although, I have seen enough to tell the competition that they won't live up to; or the characters that out shine them through reward, simplicity and damage. (Example: why would you play Rachel when you can play Mu :P or why would you play Jin when you can play Hazama; Makoto<Ragna) But all this is just speculations, opinion and my thought process. *shrug* -

same here, i just finished probably about 70% of my blood kain theory and logic. he can't get 50 heat in combo any more but 6-10 heat loss isn't something to complain about looking at characters like makoto and tsubaki. i think all i have left is deciding my air to air and ground to air counter hit comfirms and that's about it. oh and choosing fatals. -

Shout outs to XDest mind fucking me by getting hit with the (j.D); when i did IAD j.C j.D and mind fucking me so hard get got the victory. Who every says i'm a great hit comfirmer is a liar and i'm free. Shout outs to Zehawesome playing "Hazama and doing hazama things. your characters broke but I'm sure it's just rag being rag and haz being haz in the rag v haz match up. but nice to see your still around, psn has a good haz to play. -

ragna's only good this game because alot of the characters the gave him problems got nerfed. also he'll go down in tier when he goes another whole season without winning one jp event. :/

I'm just curious, are you working her oki? she's a mix up whore, capable of exploiting a lot of common muscle memory and poor blocking habits. Also, she's in no less of a defensive disadvantage as a player that does know how to block. :P Also with close 236A passing through opponents, getting away is as easy as connecting with a 2A and doing it. Also 2C being head invul helps a lot since some head only moves people use to pressure with will now consistently be stuffed.

well execution aside, it's a combo tool. and considering you current out of corner/mid-screen pick puts to 6C's it's hope for more options and things to come. also try 5B counter hit 2 hits on a crounching opponent into 6C. also try 2B CH > 6C. they might of took it out but in CT 5A CH > 6C used to work. might not be that way anymore though. *shrug*

That would make a lot of since about any character ArcadeFire, delay alters a lot of determining factors in fighting games. :U Who's a good lambda to watch in Extend? I see few but i know one placed high at SBO last season.

Mu has a cross over hit box on her j.623C allowing for cross ups on standing opponents. I'm just telling you what I know because i didn't check to see if it crosses over on crouchers. it doesn't look to big at the base i assume not.

out of corner, didn't test it to extensively because i still don't own the game but it works on hakumen consistently. my guess is it's haku's hitbox in all honestly. I remember back when i played jin in CT Haku had some weird haku specific stuff because his hit box used to (and apparently still) opens up at the feet. also it's not a run, it's just a "micro dash" and the active frames of 5C stuck out long enough to catch haku. after that, j.2C worked and i practically gasmed. the sf players were like "look at that weirdo hyper ventilating :U" ^_^
