Potemkin is S tier because FAB got 70 wins without a loss in a recent kumite, unlike Millia and I-no, which Koichi only managed to rack up 30-win streaks.

The best has yet to come. One of the quarterfinals matches is Shonen's team VS Ruu's team, with Shonen taking out 4 opponents before Ruu beat him. I hope a-cho upload that match soon.

Gibson was rated as the 2nd best Eddie after Ogawa, but I always feel Shachou is better than Gibson. He was rather lucky on a few occasions in the matches though.

While you're at it, make a tier list for Shadow and Gold characters as well. It'll be best to include a 100-word essay for each character explaining his or her position in the tier list.

Seems like that crazy Sol whom we saw at the qualifier at Yachiyodai is Mio in the recent GameChariot matches. That IAD Sidewinder loop on Potemkin is exactly what he did, coupled with that mindless and random playing style.
