Why must I have three midterms next Tuesday?

Any of you guys hold casuals weekly or something? I would do it but I live in New Jersey and my place is tiny. Then we don't have to worry about the $10 venue fee

I think I might be able to show up tomorrow night, maybe. Probably not, but maybe. Perhaps.

Three people signed up for AH tournament this time. That's... one more than last time, yay.

So uh, after the mid-screen firepunch, is dash 3C a good "meaty" attack? So far, I haven't been punished TOO often for it. The outcomes are usually: 1.) They don't tech, they get hit by 3C. 2.) They tech and don't block, they get hit by it. 3.) They tech and block, lose a primer, but I'm too far away to be punished (usually) 4.) They forward roll and get hit. 5.) They backward roll and nothing happens. 6.) They right as I'm 3C'ing and punish me. I don't use it all the time, but I throw it out every now and then. Am I the only one who uses 3C as a... meaty?

Originally, we did sit in the back for the first hour or so, but we were playing CS1 because the wifi of Next Level didn't reach all the way back there. Then we moved the PS3 to somewhere closer to the front and updated the freaking game and... ended up staying there because we were too lazy. Next time though, we'll definitely sit in the corner and be miserable cool.

I used to think Bang dittos were dumb. But last night proved me wrong, it was so hype. Dai made it even more hype.

I'll be there as well. And this time, I'll sign up for Arcana Heart 3 too, even though I'm downright terrible at the game.

So uh yeah, my friend and I were there from like 6 to 10:30 yesterday. I think I saw DaiAndOh (I was doing Bang dittos with my friend when you walked by, I think) and one Arcana guy whose name was Raymond (forgot his Dustloop or HomingCancel name). I think more people showed up but I wasn't paying attention.

But it costs money to rent sticks, doesn't it?

I have one stick, a copy of BBCS for PS3, and a PS3 without any cords. :I If anyone can bring a monitor and cords for PS3, we can definitely play some BB and AH3. I have AH3 on my PS3. So, this Friday is okay with you guys? EDIT: I have the slim PS3, not the fatty.

So the hurricane was pretty anti-climactic. Any of you guys planning to come to NL regularly for BBCS2/AH3 casuals? I would say GG and MB too, but I don't know how to play those games at all. During the last tournament, I realized that I need to improve... a lot. I should be free on most Friday afternoons, and Saturday too probably.

Just saw that combo last night, he really wanted that FRKZ. He used his last burst too. It's kinda sad to see him lose so much though, maybe he should cut down on FRKZ like Dora did?

I have never felt so free before. Everyone raped me hard. Time to hit training mode and learn more about frame data and system mechanics.

I'll show up for the BB portion of the tournament because I'm a scrub that can't not mash. Hopefully, the sticks that are up for rent are decent quality. My stick only works on the PS3. Also, are you guys streaming this? I have an HD-PVR somewhere in the house that I can bring (not for this tournament, but maybe for future ones).

For the "delay j.D" part, I've been hitting j.D right before I touch the ground. It seems to work well. Also, if I land the air throw too high/low, is this combo impossible or just harder to do?

That's a lot to take in. Time to hit training mode. His air grab also leads to 100% curse, right? And for the dive cancels, I do the cancel when I'm really close to the ground, like how I would do Tager's j.2C after a whiffed j.C after atomic collider. It seems to work well for me, is there a better way to do it?

Oooh, so that's why I kept seeing 3A in some of these combos. It makes sense now. Thanks. Also, are Arakune's challenges practical/good? His 5C FC combo looks good to me, but I'm not sure.

Ah, I let the stick go to neutral before tapping D. That could have been the problem. So 6D is different from 5D when summoning a D bug? I learned something new. Thanks for the help Zong.
