Yes, yes it is. It is absolutely something to freak about. that is, IF it actually was a thing. Considering what we've seen of the PS3 version so far, I don't think there's much to be worried about. Still waiting on the JP version to be available to preorder the US version, though. -
I like the dub in general even if the original voices are in every way superior, but I don't understand how anyone can say May's voice is good. The voice sounds like a 16 year old girl's voice on a little girl's face, it's completely out of place. May is a CHILD. The voice acting isn't bad, but it's totally mismatched.

Also, I forgot to mention shoutouts to this guy, everything I ate was great. Roastbeef sandwiches were super good and the hummus was great. I hope doing it was worthwhile!

Great tournament everyone! Had a ton of fun playing everyone in Guilty Gear, BlazBlue not so much, haven't practiced in waaaay too long(also, Izayoi sucks lol). GGs to Lofo, Sage, Yuri, Essay, Psychotik, Rigel's broken stick adapter and anyone else not from MTL I played that I'm forgetting. Shoutouts to the Montreal delegation, you guys make an old man proud. Yeaaaah... sorry about not hanging out after the tournament, it ended really late and I'm starting to get too old to drive 3h+ from 1am to 4 whilst having woken up at 7h30 after a "good" 5h30 hours of sleep. I can't do that shit anymore, it takes me a whole week to recuperate. We left early and I still managed to get to bed at only 3h15am, so I don't even.

we objectively think that she did, but keep in mind that this video in particular has a skewed resolution, so it appears wider than it should be; this makes horizontal movement seem faster. Although things like http://youtu.be/6Ziby4UftVw?t=7m18s really seem to show that her teleports got faster, as I don't think it was ever possible to do phorizer teleport phorizer while still having the opponent in the air during the 2nd phorizer screen freeze.

Mission mode looks really useful, teaching actual setups from around the cast and how to react to them. That's pretty awesome. -

The only thing i dislike about YRC's is that it enables option selects, and option selects, i think, tend to water the complexity of a game down(burst option select being the worst offender). Otherwise, I think they're doing a really good job of putting more focus on the neutral aspect of the game. I agree with all of this, it's just that i'd like my "extend pressure and combos" 25% meter option, too. The new cancel system is good, i just want to have a bit of what FRC's brought to the game and i'm sad that the option isn't there anymore. -
I'm pretty sure jump install isn't necessary in Xrd anymore, as all attacks that put you in the air have air options enabled by default

The only other character i can think of that has something similar is Alessi from Capcom's Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, but it's not a free roaming target like Elphelt, it just moves forward until you fire. -

yeah, but in real arcade life there was always the very real danger of bodily harm if you actually did something considered dickish, like grabbing in SF2 (ugh, those were the REAL scrub days) -

Oh, i'm absolutely 0% worried about his playstyle. He's gonna be awesome. The team behind Guilty Gear has a 100% track record at making never seen before, original gameplay styles. I mean, just look at Bedman if you have any doubts. -

You got it right. You can't do it straight out of a blockstring without doing a jump cancel into a raw j.D. As for Xrd, I haven't played i-no but it sure seems easier to do than before.
