  1. So it's sporadic. Thanks. The other variables aren't that important since it is something I would account for when knowing if this combo would result in high. Labrys's axe gauge is reminiscent of this emotion system so it wouldn't be that tough to calculate how close you are to high/low emotion if the values were consistent.
  2. Is there any detailed information about how the emotion system works yet? Is it based on the amount of time you are being on the offensive or is there some kind of hidden meter and each move gives a different meter (or whatever unit that you want to call it) for emotion? I have a few combos that seem to always guarantee that I will end up in emotion high after they end but I haven't tested it out in an actual match yet. I lock myself to emotion neutral, reset and then remove the emotion neutral lock and then test it and I always end up in emotion high after it. It would be nice to know if that is something I could consistently rely on or not.
  3. I like Sasara. She has been the only person so far where I was able to pull off a mid-combo 623C with Chizuru and continue to combo after it (outside of her slaughter mode). Hopefully I find some universal combo against the entire cast that let's me do 623C in the middle of the combo with Chizuru.
  4. Why doesn't the OP have a link to the japanese wiki? It is a pretty good resource (except for the fact that it is in japanese...) and I haven't found anything like it yet in English (though Mizuumi's AP wiki looks like it is going to be good).
  5. When are you normally on? I could use mirror practice on 360.

  7. None. I'll just spend the time I would be playing BB on playing AH3 and GG.
  8. Don't be so harsh. I'm assuming random meant they chose random characters at the start. The Lambda player learned in 1 round how to deal with sledge happy players. I've played against Lambda with 100s of matches who couldn't figure that out. You gotta give him some credit for that.
  9. GGs Lime and everyone else. Why do I have more issues with the inputs in this game than I do with BB on the 360 pad? It just doesn't make sense.
  10. I'll play you if our connection doesn't suck
  11. GGs Sindelian(?) and everyone else I fought. Guess I don't have a choice but to hit training mode to get used to the 360 controller again.
  12. They are. I ordered this yesterday and got it this morning.
  13. Games should start letting people bind the same input to multiple buttons. I had to change from the default layout because it was impossible for me to hold down the A button while being able to still use B and C. And this game is so much fun despite not knowing what I should be doing. So much stuff to remember.
  14. So whose going to be playing online? I need people to play against.
  15. Are you talking about Tentarafoo? It causes a confusion so your controls for left and right would be reversed.
  16. If you are holding 4, then it doesn't really matter if it is a fuzzy or not. Fuzzies only matter if you are trying to crouch under a move that would normally whiff.
  17. Well, I wasn't using my account so you couldn't have known it was me
  18. I was the Labrys who came into the room when you were 14-0.
  19. I think you have me confused with the Labrys who knew how to fight Kanji (although he didn't know how to fight mirrors as well for some reason...). And GGs everyone. I finally managed to not be killed by a random IK I've never seen before
  20. Thank you guys. I thought they were pretty much the same thing so I was talking about something different than you guys were. Sorry about that.
  21. Umm...I'm a scrub so I have no idea what the difference is between neutral and footsies. Care to explain or send me to the place that explains the difference?
  22. Isn't that because other Japanese players respect them so they play in a way to avoid them?
  23. Have you tried using spikes? They are nice. You're gonna to pretty much have to fight your way in. Drop a spike, move forward, see what the opponent is doing, do the smart thing to counter what they are doing, rinse and repeat until you are in. Labrys doesn't really have a go to ground move for neutral like Mitsuru or Yu so we have to make the best use of our A moves, 2B and sweep to get the knockdown. And 236A/B > 6 > A seems to be plus on block, but only stops characters like Labrys and Yukiko from mashing. Characters like Chie and Akihiko can jab out before we can do anything after it. But its an option to get in quickly I guess.
