You can tech 3C > 22C in the middle of it? I know that it will force you to air tech after two or three times but I didn't think you can do it on your own. And I am curious now. Would that auto air tech lead to a favorable situation for Ragna against Tsubaki? Who has frame advantage at that point assuming the Ragna knows you are forced to air tech and doesn't try a follow-up 22C?

Ragna's 22C does a consistent 400 damage regardless of proration. If you don't try to tech the stagger, they may just keep doing 3C > 22C to get free damage on you.

Stop derailing this thread you two. Let the Tsubaki and Ragna discuss how free Tsubaki is in this match-up in peace.

I already know what to do. I just suck at it. So when I say learn a match-up, it is just means making myself do what I should and not just press buttons like I like to do.

It takes 12 frames to travel from its start point to end point.

That's if Lambda hits with it during the first active frame, which rarely happens. At the range where I use 5D, Mu's 6C is fast enough to trade with 5D and as you know, you can still combo from that for some reason.

Today reminded me why I don't like playing BB from work. Ignoring people turning off the TV on you by accident, I hate that controller so much. I wish I could go back to the old days when I could use any controller without problems. And GGs Ragna. Everyone on ranked uses Ragna. Gli uses Ragna. Kid Viper uses Ragna. Random [insert character here] main uses Ragna. I need to go to ranked more to learn the Ragna match-up.

It helps that the Murakumo backdashes don't put them in the air so if they get hit during it, they tend to take less damage against some characters.

If you are blocking her 236D oki, it is easy to space regardless of what how you switch up your blocking. And the Lambda wouldn't go for 4B[2] unless she was at the right spacing anyway. At least I just sort of notice I am at the right distance and do it then rather than trying to get it from the start.

I've tried doing that with Lambda's IAD back j2DD but the Mu usually messes up the DP and I get 6C FC'd instead.

I don't think 4B[2] is braindead. I do think it is stupid though. Why does a zoner need the fastest standing overhead in the game that does 3.7K meterless and builds enough meter so you can always end with giant sword and get 4.7K? Even taking into account that you have to space it, I still think it is stupid. And I love spamming it.

And I got raped by 13 orphans oki. Ignoring the fact that mine's can be done midscreen and requires no meter, we equally suck with dealing with oki mix-up. I can stop that easily now.

Why didn't you use that cross up against me? I was waiting for you to spam it so I could learn how to handle it and then you didn't do it. And you're not hating on Lambda's braindead 236D oki? 236D oki is the best thing that has happened to Lambda since she was Nu (4B[2] is a close second though).

Don't you know that by now D_E? No one ever really wants to consider their own character as braindead or stupid. Well except for people who like their character to have stupid and braindead things (like Lambda's 4 and 236D)

I figured Mu players would be used to being hated by now. It's like you're the new Noel.
