Arcana selection is funny in LM now. I don't think there's one definite choice for arcana, especially means you don't get oki off of every situation, and the stat nerfs to Thunder (but thunder activation is easier to combo off of now). I still think I'll primarily play Thunder, but I don't see anything bad about going for Love in matchups like Petra even. Scharl is obviously one you'd want to play love for means Clash isn't as strong there. If possible for combo enders you want to go for DP > EX Hisatsu Kick (omitting DP Follow up where necessary). You don't get as strong a reward for it, but it's still your most damaging ender. j.E is a strong ender to continue pressure, but I think you need to handle that on a player by player basis for how much you think you can push that player. DP ender is strong in the corner still, if it connects because you end up right on top of them. Top three arcana I would go to are going to mirror my choices in vanilla. The beauty of playing Heart is that your arcana selection honestly just reflects how you want to play the character (with some obvious exceptions like Ice or Time). I'm going to say Thunder, Love then Flower based on personal preferences. That EF combo is the only one I have listed on the wiki currently. I will fill in some other combos this week.

So I'm sure a lot of you have tried to check out a characters wiki page from the character thread only to find out that the wiki is incomplete or in some cases for some characters completely empty of any real information. That's what we need you guys for! Do you play a character? Have anything at all to add to a characters page? Here's our thread for helping to organize that. I will keep a log of all of the characters pages and what has been done in the post below this. This post will host the rules and format for how to edit the wiki. Arcana Heart 3 Love Max wiki - Here is the main wiki page, with links to all of the characters pages. Heart's wiki page - This is the closest we have to a finished page. I just need to add in a few move descriptions and fix up the intro a bit. This covers most cases that you will run into on the wiki and give you an answer for what to do. If you need to create an account you will need to contact bellreisa. His email is listed on this page http://wiki.mizuumi.net/w/Main_Page or if you have another means of contacting him. Formatting the wiki: So every character has their base page made (with very few exceptions, and those pages already have maintainers who just need to update the page to fit the new format.) As far as order goes, moves need to follow this layout to be uniform. 5>2>6>3>1>4>7>8>9. So start with neutral, crouching (Because those are the two base moves for any given button), then starting with 6 (Forward) move clockwise until you hit 9 (Skipping 2 of course). You can present specials and super in any order you see fit. Please list any and all air/ground versions like you see with the Heart wiki entry for her DP. For Specials we are notating with 236X, 623X, and then listing all given versions within the moves description box. This was done to absolutely make sure that you can't misread a special and a supers inputs and confuse them. If a special is bound to a specific button (i.e. 236C) and only that button it gets listed with that button instead of X. Supers are listed with whatever buttons you need to press together. Jump normals are notated as j.X. This prevents any confusion with j.C and JC being used for a jump cancel. Please follow this markup for your combos and normal listings so that it is uniform . You can list your combos any way you feel nessisary. Don't go crazy. Please list the combos in an easy to read and straight forward way. Please only list important combos, no one needs to know Momijis shitlord midscreen Ribbon Beam loop that the other person can tech out of, we can talk about that in the character thread. This goes for move descriptions too. Please keep it short and to the point. If you are interested in adding your characters normal images to the wiki please contact me privately. Please do not talk to me publicly on twitter about this I will ignore you. Do not list what anime characters you think a certain color looks like. I will remove it and I swear on Atlanta Falcons Weiss and LA Lakers Clarice I will find you and end you.

The Heart wiki page is one of the most complete we have. So I'll go over the changes from AH3 > AH3LM in this post. Heart got hit with some fairly drastic changes. They don't exactly change the way she plays in neutral but it changes her combo and knockdown game quite a bit. Feel free to ask questions, I've been playing this character for three years! The biggest three changes are the super cancel removal on EX Hisatsu Kick. The change to where the DP Follow-up throws the other character, and the removal of j.C > j.E in combo (outside of EFC Combos of course). These all help to reinforce the same issue- we need to decide between solid okizeme and damage, no longer can we get full combo into EX Hisatsu Kick and get free left right mixup with an arcana special. The DP Follow-up now throws the other character farther away. This can actually help Heart at very specific locations on the screen by putting the other character at a very bad angle to eat left/right in the corner (Remember that you can freely cross up in the corner!), but in most spacing it will mean that at best you'll get limited lockdown by activating EX Thunder while you get in on the other player. j.C > j.E is a change that reverts Heart to how she was in AH1/AH2. This, once again limits the damage and okizeme for combos. If you want to run oki you can still end a combo in a low j.E xx Arcana special. Not everything was nerfs for Heart though. You can get greater utility out of Ribbon Beam to help extend combos on the ground meterlessly (Your meterless ground combo options are now much, much more stable than they were in vanilla) as well as some goofy left/right with C Ribbon Beam. DP Follow up can now be performed on wiff, which will help to mask wiffed reversals for at least up through intermediate play. The air clash game is bolstered with the (undocumented) change (for some reason) to Hisatsu Kick that grants it first frame clash. Heart still plays very similarly, but with a more cautious mindset. You need to pick your battles on knockdown a bit more intelligently, be ready to shift to blocking more easily from your pressure. Heart still has some of the best normals in the game and a very oppressive clash game, so she's still a very scary character!

I completely understand, I was in the exact situation not a week and a half ago. I hope everything turns out okay. If that's the case I'm gonna call today off, I'm sorta fatigued from this past week (I had my own immediate family health concerns). Bryan hit me up sometime this week and we'll mash, I promise. I felt really bad about not playing with you after GB, but I legit was dead.

No. Extend Blast is more like an Alpha Counter. It activates EF and has a (weaker than normal) burst push. It's pretty easily baitable so you need to be pretty careful with it. You can use it instead of eating a mixup or just to get out of pressure. If anything regular Extend Force Cancel is more like OMB (i.e. it's a manual cancel in combos)
