Thanks! Yeah. I bought it anyway because it shows off billy a bit, has some nice art, has..early versions of some of the new stages, and has a WIP combo training mode. Yup. Yeah, I would have liked this more, but I can understand why they did iphone. Less effort to make an acceptable version since they dont have to do a full port, and a lot more people have iphones than psps. (Question is, are there more poeple who'd pick this up for $8 on iphone than $30 on psp?)

when you have a scene where meetups are only 6-20 people out of about 30, and tourneys just have like 4-8 more non-meetup people, you notice who isn't there but was expected pretty easily it's easy to understand that rides can be fickle tho :1 also, skullgirls is hype and i can confirm that at least me, ronin, jet, and probably zreb will be playing kof13. probably more, really. there were ah3 casuals at tbf apparently

next tbf is like august/september right? i will be there for that

What do you particularly have in mind for adding back moves? I'm mainly thinking of Mai getting her [2]8p options back instead of just the dive. Athena having away teleports would be nice too. and for nerfs..yeah, i really just want raiden's dropkick nerfed. Maybe k' could get a damage nerf or something like that but I don't care about that nearly as much.

I doubt it's just those two. Between KOF12 console and 13 arcade, they added like 9 characters and fixed the incomplete characters. The time between KOF13 arcade and console is even longer.
