Yeah, I definiteley can't host. So unless Jet can host(which IIRC wouldnt be able to start until like 6 pm) then there's no meetup this weekend, aside from maybe Zreb heading over to Ronin's or something like that.

i am not that familiar with lei lei, i was just giving reasoning for wanting alterations. cirno wasn't saying "lei lei is boring and needs to be different" he was saying "changes are good, especially in an extremely competitive environment like marvel" i didn't say "she'll be terrible", i said she was not guaranteed to compete with the extreme strength that top-tier mvc characters have. there's a reason to expect some nice adjustments. i should have worded it better than "not going to succeed" though. as for "how is that even an argument," last i checked, mvc2 magneto, for example, would rape an unaltered sasquatch or talbain. the gong looks better than i remember.

EVO 2k11 lineup: SSF4, MVC3, Tekken 6, BBCS, MK9. No sixth slot. SSF4AE/BBCS2 will be in if the upgrades are by June 1st. i am upset at lack of 6th slot which was going to be the most in-the-air choice but it sort of makes sense since mvc3/ssf4 will be fucking huge yay bb, shame there's no kof13(though whether it will get a release in time is shakey now) or melty or arcana there. iirc melty had 140 players which is pretty fucking sizable, and i get the feeling ah3 would have even more. meh mk9. we have a very poor idea of if that's even going to be competitive and decent. lol ps3 exclusive chara and just..it's mortal kombat. tbh i dont want it to be popular because that would bring such a new horde of meatheads to SRK. the 2v2 system looks nice though, as does some of the comboability and the meter, but i'm still wary as hell.
