  1. You can still 6D or 5D the j2D bullshit that's really popular among Nu's right now, and 5D is gonna be a free counter hit if you hit it. 6D is always a free super, or a 3k combo, so it's generally a bit higher damage than 5D unless you know some pretty high tech stuff.
  2. Or for unlucky bastards caught in the air. Now if they have 2 primers you can ground to air poke with 6C 623B, either 3K combo or a guard crush command grab.
  3. Im not going to argue if you're that sure, cheers.
  4. Really, I only use it when I see an opponent either in the air or in a position they're going to be doing anything but crouching (and are a tall character, in CT). If they aren't intelligent enough to barrier, it airunblockable's them, and I get a combo. If they barrier, it's a block-string to re-ground, and in CS, it will be a PRIMER BREAK to block string. So the intent isn't for them to block them, it just happens when used as anti air if playing an intelligent opponent. EDIT: I still don't buy that it breaks primer, it seems way too strong, and I haven't heard that from anyone except this recent list.
  5. I guess I love you too Render Kind of
  6. Render what the fuck who sends an exploding heart seriously EDIT: douchebag
  7. I get people to block 6C all the time. Lol. If it really breaks primer I'm going to have a field day with it. Still can't find any video.
  8. It hits all characters standing, so quite a bit more than one used to. I'm pretty sure the first post is correct, and it doesn't break primer. Still trying to find confirmed video.
  9. I haven't ever seen 6C break a primer dude, I've been watching videos. Lemme go check to make sure though.
  10. Wait 6C Breaks primer? O_o;; 6C > j623B = 2 Primers???? I don't believe, must see confirmation
  11. It's okay, they're both gonna be positive matches in CS.
  12. Yeah, I know, it's just hella inconvenient for you. After Triple Threat I found out that Kelly lives like 10 or so minutes south of where I go to college, so she doesn't even have to go out of her way, and the drive is short for her anyway. I'll probably still end up asking you for rides when she's not available though, you're amazingly reliable. And Mike, probably.
  13. Carl v Bang is certainly worse than Nu v Bang, that's not just in your head. It's a hellish matchup for bang, having no way out of the loop, and Nu can't lock Bang down like most characters, having teleports and double air dashes and nails.
  14. Wait, what if I participate and my home is already in Norcal
  15. Lol. It's true, switching up tiers doesn't really bode well with guilt. :v
  16. Good news, Kelly, the Litchi cosplayer from TThreat said she's willing to drive me to CS stuff when I'm down in SoCal, means I have a way to get here too. :]
  17. Yeah, I certainly agree. I should have been more clear, I was just trying to display the highest damage easy ones. If you do 5A 5B 2B 2C Daifunka, that's unbelievably easy, but you're going to lose quite a bit of the damage for your meter. Still very applicable, I use it all the time, so I should have mentioned it. It just doesn't even come to mind as a combo anymore
  18. La mirada area, it's where I go to college
  19. Mike, I'll be there after February starts. :v I just need to figure out how to get there once in SoCal
  20. I certainly wouldn't mind having 4 times as many approaches on characters like Nu and Ara. :v
  21. I've heard it scales well mid combo, and possibly not well when it starts a combo. :v Certainly don't know the value. :/
  22. Considering his place in CT was second worst, and his estimated spot in CS is best, it probably goes without saying K4.
  23. 5A pokes out roll..? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8vU4c4yzEY&feature=related#t=2m50s
  24. You want the highest damage: That means you want to minimize the number of hits it takes for you to get to 2363214 (Aka daifunka, for the record), or you want to use hits that don't prorate badly, or do good damage themselves. For example, if you hit jD > 2B > 623B > 2363214, that's 5.2k damage. However, if you do 5A 5B 2B 2C 2363214, it's only going to be around 3k, even though the super by itself is normally more than 3k. So which one to use often depends on the matchup. The two highest damage, hit confirmable, easy options, are probably: To counter any slow move, 2D > jD > 2B > 623B > 2363214 Or Grab > Web nail > 2363214 Those are going to be by far the easiest to land in authentic gameplay for the least practice, and will remain practical no matter how good you get. EDIT: If you're playing against people who don't know what an overhead is, 5C > 2363214 will do wonders too.
