Okay first, I never got any "constructive or destructive criticism". I got people yelling all night about how shitty Blazblue was, nothing else. Obviously that wasn't the real problem, and next time it would be better for everyone if it was treated as not the problem from the get go.
Second, if you think it's great for people in the community to openly talk shit about other communities, obviously BB at NCI was a terrible idea to begin with. The environment at NCI was overall great, with extreme hostility from several people. Me, apparently out of my mind, thought that random hostility was a bad thing, so I checked up on it. Once again you insult my intelligence and make me out to be an idiot, though, saying I had no reason to and that I was out of my place.
I'm pretty sure people from the Blazblue community had the best intentions for GG. Like Chun said, he had multiple TVs available, I asked several times over the course of the night if there was anything I could do with Katana, and just universally there was no bad blood at all in the BB community. I don't know how you can say we did so much wrong.
When I have a problem with someone keep it to myself? That's what got us here in the first place, several people were being loud, obnoxious problems that weren't keeping their preference in people/games to themselves. Don't be a hypocrite. But simultaneously, how can you support that? You're saying it's a good thing if the scenes just completely divided. That's terrible.
I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I asked for people not to be huge assholes. If that's really un-askable, something is wrong.
I don't entirely understand this, John. I really don't. I think of all people to call out, calling me out is the most confusing.
