I kind of figured the SF4 scene would be somewhat solid here, where isn't it solid? Hidden locals, lol. They're hidden so well, although I have seen a lot of Blazblue copies flying off the shelves which is somewhat reassuring. Sad thing is though, I tried getting a copy of AC+ and they didn't even have a used or new copy. I was really hoping to get back to my Order-Sol roots, guess that won't be happening for a while.Too bad there isn't a solid enough BB/MB/GG community to have tournaments and what not, heck I've only been to one SF4 tournament here and that was when it was still fresh off the press. I guess us solid BB/MB/GG players in VA will remain the best kept secrets until something big happens. We should really play some day, I see you online a lot. My Ragna isn't quite up to par as I would like it to be, but it's a steady progression after making the jump from Pad to Stick.

Yeah, that storm was rough. I was out of power for 21 hours, but at least there wasn't really any flooding out here near ODU. The fighting game scene is actually more solid than you think. It's just that it's more into Street Fighter and Tekken than anything else, so most people from our area either post on shoryuken.com, while the tekken heads post on tekkenzaibatsu.com. And then there are a few of us GG/BB/MB players who just post on shoryuken.com or not at all, because there's so few of us. But I'm going to make a SoVA thread here on dustloop in the Match Finder section, so hopefully some hidden locals will pop up and post there.

Got my ps3 back last night, but as you know that stupid Nor' Easter is messing up everything so online play might not be that good right now. Feel free to add me though. I feel your pain on the BB/GG around here, it's rare to find someone who plays. The fighting game scene is rather sad here... Time to move to northern VA! lol. I used to play XXR before I got BB and during the time I didn't have it; I got dustloop'ed in my first fight, rather sad that playing BB has dramatically changed my GG playing.

Ouch. Yeah, let me know when you get your ps3 back, and I'll add you. Haven't played GG in a long time, and the same goes for BB, because no one else around here plays. I'm not too sad about BB and #R, because I can play those online, but AC is a different story.

Sweet, it's nice to meet someone else in Norfolk who plays BB/GG. We should have a round sometime, well when my Ps3 comes back from Sony. Stupid Yellow light of death ruins everything...
