IkeTakeda Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 u can't time out Ragna. You just make him die. Zakiyama reflexes are really good. He blocked that Ragna player block string like it was tsubaki :D. And he had enough heat for a 2nd Jayouku after 623D
Moogster Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 He'd know Ragna's blockstring, he's always fighting against kaqn's Ragna anyway that's why it wasn't much of a surprise for me that he'd rape that Ragna. What I really was happy here is that he never dropped a Jayoku combo unlike in his previous vids. He'd mostly always lose before because of this.

Moogster Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 I'm quite depressed with the recent videos of Hazama players that have been posted. Zakiyama literally spoiled me with his moves. When I see another Hazama play, I can't quite understand wtf they're trying to go for.

RAQU 17 Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 I thought I was the only one Nope, me too. XD He needs to post more vids. MORE!!! >=D
Moogster Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 12.20.09 Gamechariot G3 Suupuu(JI) vs Zakiyama(HA) / Mao(TAO) vs Aatei(HA) http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9316081 R-1(NO) vs Zakiyama(HA) / Aatei(HA) http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9316591 Itsuko(LI) vs Zakiyama(HA) http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9316706 Dennou(JI) vs Zakiyama(HA) http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9316897 Now we get to see Zakiyama against other characters. Could someone tell me if you get the feeling that he plays around when he's winning? He drops combos and moves and always makes it into a 2 - 2 game. Edit: Put in the correct player names.
g.Bauer Posted January 7, 2010 Author Posted January 7, 2010 updated², with the correct names and Youtube links
Moogster Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Re-editing the names based from ryoko's post in the the video section.
Lord Knight Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 AFAIK these are casuals, so these vids were probably handpicked.
Lucid_Nightmare Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 Could someone tell me if you get the feeling that he plays around when he's winning? He drops combos and moves and always makes it into a 2 - 2 game. Edit: Put in the correct player names. Thanks for the vids! Definitely seems that way, he also seems to get nervous in the final rounds as well; bursting early, running into things etc. Either way, he´s still fun to watch...I love how he goes after all the ¨big names¨, like Kaqn, Dennou, R-1, etc..like he´s trying to troll them simply by winning. So like Hazama. lol
BladeOfJustice7 Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9333935 (hazama starts fighting at 4:06) I really liked the way the hazama player kept pressure on once he was in you face and used a pretty solid mix-up. Along with his ouroboros one airborn, thus getting him his last win. What do you professional hazama players say? I'm a strict hakumen user nor have I played cs so that's just my 2 cents =P
ghaleon109 Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 I'm definatly no pro, but I DO know that when you get predictable with using 214D~A to continue a blockstring and close in on them again you will get punished for it (very easily I might add) which I didn't really see happen to him in the video...
g.Bauer Posted January 10, 2010 Author Posted January 10, 2010 updated with some zakiyama videos. Still taking a look at the other ones posted ;/
Redefinition Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 [url=http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9201346]Zakiyama vs Shadow(Hazama)[/url Extremely late comment but. Block a Jayoku into a Jayoku. PRO.
geist Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Where are the Vs Tsubaki vids? Today, 07:53 PM in the CS video posting thread http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9363187 XD
g.Bauer Posted January 12, 2010 Author Posted January 12, 2010 Where are the Vs Tsubaki vids? -- vs Tsubaki (?) vs (?) =D Mikado 11/30 2v2 Part 9 (?) vs (?) 11/29 Random 2v2 Part 7 12/05 UFO Part 2 [Nico] Zakiyama vs Ten Zakiyama vs Shadow [Nico] Zakiyama vs Kaqn [Nico] Zakiyama vs Kaqn part 2
Black Onslaught Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 After watching all of these, it feels like Zakiyama has started to become -the- Hazama to watch. It's not very often you see Kaqn perfected in a match. ( I've only seen it vs a really pro v-13 in CT, and Zakiyama ) He's really interesting to watch.
Moogster Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Zakiyama(HZ) vs Kaqn(HA) - Four 6Ds after Jayoku, Three 6Ds after Fatal Flash Kick, Another 6k combo (although it still used 100% meter but it wasn't a double Jayoku) and a new combo. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9375081 Zakiyama(HZ) vs Keita(Taokaka) - He has been doing this recently, Jayoku tech roll punish. Damn reactions. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9375220 Zakiyama(HZ) vs Kaqn(TS) http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9375300 Zakiyama(HZ) vs Kyoichi(?) g.Bauer Posted January 13, 2010 Author Posted January 13, 2010 Thanks Moogster. First post updated. Zakiyama(HA) vs Kaqn(HA) I enjoyed watching the grab -> jayoku -> mizuchi! jakou -> 5c -> 2c -> TK hirentotsu -> Jayoku ... Good stuff! PS: how can we tell the difference of (HA) hazama and (HA) hakumen? :8/:
Moogster Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Zakiyama(HZ) vs Kaqn(JI)(RA) http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9375687 P.S. I know that's why I corrected it lol. I don't know the abbreviation for Hakumen actually.
