Okay, here is my future TE art template, inspired by Shiozaki Yuji's Ikkitousen manga series (which is actually much better and more epic, than the anime adaptation):

Maybe the BlazBlue buttons don't fit this design much, but in my opinion it is better, than just transparent ones, or regular coloured... also, there is always an option to install regular coloured anyway...

I'd say just go with plain white buttons/clear buttons with cut outs, but that's just me.

I was thinking about cut outs of original art, but whenever I see examples, it seems as if one is trying to hide the existence of buttons O_O Strictly speaking, I liked BlazBlue layout cut outs only. But I also don't like it much with my art. Maybe I'll reconsider. BTW, buttons all white - nice idea. With a white balltop, I assume?

Same preferences about Sanwa, though I'm not the one to judge, FAQ on SRK says both are big sharks. Never know until you try, that is. But even if to try, I guess we still won't be able to judge, since we didn't grow up at the Japanese arcades, to know the 'right feel'.

The right feel is sanwa. lol.

It's what they use in most JP cabs, iirc.

I've used both, so over here, it's just a matter of personal preference.

I never buy multi colored buttons. If I want multi colored, I just take buttons apart and mix them.

That's a very neat Arcade Stick there... I'm more then sure it would distract anyone (especially me. :P)

Yeah, there's two lip looking things that you press into the button.

You can use a small screwdriver or whatever, and just pup the plunger part out.

So you could take a black and white button apart, and end up with a black rim/white plunger button, and a white rim/black plunger button.

Hi all. I'm pretty new around here. I've built a few sticks in the past couple years, but here's the most recent one and I'm mainly using at the moment:

Yes, I like using my american parts (with cherry switches of course, can't stand those E-Switches Happ has started using instead). I wouldn't mind switching over to semitsu buttons though at some point. Anyways, here's the other ones I've made:

Charge, as in money for sticks? Actually, no. After building my very first stick, I just found myself building more and more just to improve some of my woodworking or trying different things out. I still have all of those sticks in my possession.
