The j.B fuzzy guard can be avoided if they IB the jump in j.B. (Actually this depends on whether or not double jump start up can be canceled into normals)

(i haven't played him yet though, so i am sure that i am wrong at some parts ) He can do decent to high damage, but like you have said : no reversals, combined with his low health and primers his defence is quite weak. I think that he has problems against decent zoners, because he is quite slow in his human form and his wolf form can't block (he can't recklessly charge into zoners in his wolf form). His pressure game doesn't seem to be very impressive (yet). His range seems better than Makoto's but his normals does seem less range than most of the cast to me. So i don't think that he is better than anyone from the A tiers, but i don't think that he is bad. I think that Litchi might be a worse matchup than Bang, because her pokes have more range than Bang's.

Only matchup I can talk about is Arakune Vs Valkenhayn, and let me say this, if this isn't one of Arakune's best matchups, I will be really shocked. Arakune hates; Speed Long, quick Pokes DPs Good Anti-Airs Valkenhayn has none of those as far as I'm aware. I backdashed out of pressure and j.Bed all three Valkys I've faced and they couldn't do shit about it. And let's be honest, Arakune doesn't have many good matchups from Ragna up. I honestly don't think Valkenhayn will be that high. B+ is what I would give as a VERY rough estimate.

About the only question that's come to my mind recently would be what would happen if you locked Dacidbro and Zidane in a room together with nothing but a PS3, 2 arcade sticks, a copy of BB:CS and a fifth of 151.
