Did I do something wrong? I had that problem too. I just downloaded the wallpapers that he provided and slapped it in with the theme and now everything is happy, daisy, shiney land.

Are you sayin' that you installed the theme then changed the background to one of the ones that he made? Or were you able to make it so that it automatically uses the cool backgrounds instead of just the emblem ones?

Yea, I installed the theme and then changed the background because I only wanted to use one but I have them all just in case I want to change it. I wasn't able to make it so it automatically uses the backgrounds unfortunately :[

I'm stuck now with BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES. wallpapers rotate when you turn on the PS3 and when you exit a game one way to rotate the wallpapers manually is to go to Theme Settings > Background > Wallpaper now you should have your old wallpaper (before you got the theme) then click on the theme again (under "wallpaper") and it'll rotate to a new wallpaper

You din't nothing wrong, it's the SD background. For various reasons I din't converted them to 4:3 SD. How the hell do you make those? Inkscape + Gimp + PS3 Theme Builder may i ask you where you got the BlazBlue sounds from? i've been looking for those to spice up my own personal theme thanks in advance :D I recorded them from the sound test.

Also, I'm no expert when it comes to making BlazBlue icons, if you could offer some tips on making those translucent ones.
Sol Kisaragi Posted March 22, 2010 Author Posted March 22, 2010 I can give you few tips: -Use vector , so you don't have to worry about resolution -Transparent gradients for the backgrounds -Watch some tutorials, not a specific for make icons it's just for find new tips and inspiration -PSP icons are small, I suggest you to make a minimal/simple style for them (at least they are less than the PS3 ones) I'll wait your GG theme!
