Although I laughed when I was the only who she didn't get ANY form of contact from... Len really hated your sence of humor I was loling the whole time though XD I had fun at CDC. What did I learn? It's easy to say "he should get help" from our perspective, but who knows what the guy has gone through to get to where he is today. I'm not saying I'm siding with him or being sympathetic, but you guys have to realize that this guy is probably out of his mind and cannot be reasoned with.

It's true, if he's out of his mind there is nothing we can do. I looked into it because of possibilities of other places he could solicit. Otherwise I'm not dwelling on it.

Either you tell him to shut up or GTFO. I still remember when a random guy stole coffee and said, "I'm a customer! You don't treat customers like this!" My mom started yelling at him, "You're not a customer! Customers pay! You didn't pay so leave or else I'll call the police." He was twice her size and was scared senseless. Needless to say, the guy left without question...and almost got run over while jaywalking across the most busiest street the district. The police came by and arrested the guy. You're actually doing a favor for homeless people by calling in the authorities. They'll get free lodging, food, protection...minus marhvel. The only people losing are the taxpayers. :3 Yes, the guy is paying, but he's doing a disservice to the community and is making a big deal over air fresheners. As much as I want to be compassionate and show that I care, I'll say what one of my former policemen told me, "You don't take crap from anyone. Period." The solution is simple: either move the cab away from the marhvel setup or kick him out. Edit: Jared! I STILL <3 YOU...even if you become homeless. :3

As of this post, I still have heard nothing back from pulsr or the rest of the SoCal crew regarding the bbq and CDC (other than what was posted in this thread), so I have come to the conclusion that I will be doing the CDC in SoCal as planned. Get hype folks!
Ginseng Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 I personally think it isn't a good idea, since it's probably going to be difficult to deal with the bbq AND the CDC on the same date. Most people, including PNW, will probably prioritize the bbq over the CDC, even if you decide to do it at the same location.

Of course, this would also necessitate Shtkn to bring his shoebox set up and I have not spoken with him about this. Anyway, as pulsr has not responded to me yet, at this point I can only assume the answer is "no". Therefore, as much as I'd like to do it at the bbq, it will be at AI unless I hear otherwise.

If its at AI, i believe our group will depart a bit early to go to Pulsr's BBQ. either way, we will be in SoCal on that Saturday sometime between 10am and 1pm. on Friday we will finalize the schedule so our "hosts" have a clue whats going on.
