You shouldn't use the eject button to close it when using the slide card. you just push it back in. Push the left side when doing this. I don't know what you did wrong but sounds weird. Mine is working fine no problems.

How did you take the disc tray cover off? Would a video of the swapping being done help?

I took the cover off as specified in teh guide :o. Yah I've looked at vids of swapping and thought I was doing it right :-\. Well, maybe I can fix it and try again. So yes, a video of the swapping would be appreciated. Thanks.

Slide Card>Flip Top :bad: I need help with Potemkin's mission. Its a mission against Robo Ky and im thinking you have to do a combo over 3 and use normal attacks. ANyone know how to defeat this mission?

Slide card for the poor. Everyone play on Maniac mode? cuz i find it real hard to beat Order sol even with my main characters i guess i should just change the difficulty to normal cuz i still get the extras when i beat him.

I just set the options to 1 round, 30 seconds, beginner difficulty. That way you can beat it with everyone really really quickly and not have to worry about unlocking #R stuff or artwork.

this website says slash is coming to the states. Do these people know something everyone else doesn't? or they just wrong or think it's coming to the states?

Instructions to take off PS2 logo cover: 1. Turn on the PS2, eject it. 2. Turn it off with the power button in the back 3. Take out the plugs from the PS2 so you can flip it around 4. Flip it around so that you see the bottom of the PS2 5. Get a really good screw driver and unscrew the screw on the bottom right corner of the disc holder 6. Once you have done that then carefully take off the cover.(Careful, the clippings on the side that hold the PS2 logo cover break easily, if it does break, just super glue the clippings) 7. Then ta-da your PS2 logo cover is off! You can choose to put it back on anytime you like! Instructions using Swap Magic and Slide Card: 1. Turn on the PS2, and insert the Swap Magic disc you are going to use.(PS2 games are DVD format) 2. Wait for the screen, when it says Load Program and Video Mode do not eject the PS2 3. Take your slide card with the arm facing right(the hook should be going up), insert it into the PS2 on the left side 4. Keep sliding up on the left until you can't go anymore, then move it to the right side, you should feel that it won't move on any further but keep moving it, it should slide through to the right side 5. Now slide it all the way to the right side and pull it back 6. You disc holder should come out. 7. Take out the swap magic disc, and insert whatever you are wanting to play! 8. Now push the disc holder with both hands inside 9. Take the slide card and insert it to left, then right, then go all the way up on the right side and slide it to the left side all the way, you should hear a weird sound 10. Now take out the slide card and Load Program, it should be loaded up! 11. Have fun!

I think that is from the GGXX 2000-2004 artworks collection/book/thingie. Don't know where you could get one of those, though.

Well, I took off my cover, including my disk tray cover, and pulled the thing out and shoved it back in (gear noises and everything =D), and tried it and lo' and behold it works. Guess you gotta be careful with the slide card or you get jammed. Yah, so fuck flip-tops yo >: O!

AM i the only one that doesn't give a crap aba the new characters in slash? I haven't even tried them out yet cuz i have no interest in learning how to play them. just playing against them i can tell i wouldn't like to play as HO SOL or ABA. Characters i will never play are Order Sol, A.B.A. and Robo Ky these characters are just to weird for me. Maybe cuz i've only played XX until now. it's weird how i have no interest in them.
