This is a thread where you can sign up to help out. I don't have anything to give you, other than a hug, but your contribution is greatly appreciated, and it'll help us bring the hype at EVO. As for the projected times, we're still going with Tushar's original schedule. The Guilty Gear tournament will be run alongside with the BB one. What we need for Blazblue: I'm shooting for 5 setups. If the turnout is huge like last year, we'll need at least 5 setups to plow through the entire pool. 5 Monitors: 1) Xie 2) Pulsr 3) Pulsr 4) shtkn(?) 5) 5 Consoles: 1) Xie 2) Tushar(360) 3) st1ckbug(Ps3) 4) PNW1 (Ps3) 5) 5 Copies of BB:CS: 1) Xie 2) Tushar(360) 3) st1ckbug(Ps3) 4) PNW1 (Ps3) 5) PNW2 (PS3) What we need for Guilty Gear: GG's turnout is a little more mild. And the games can be over in an instant. I project that 3 setups will be needed to tackle the pools. 3 TVs 1) 2) 3) 3 PS2 1) Xie 2) 3) 3 Copies of the Game 1) Xie 2) 3) Staff to run the tournament itself While I'm completely free to run everything on Saturday, I won't be for Friday. But regardless, we're going to need people help out, whether it be name calling, watching shit, or doing the brackets. Google Voice makes it really easy to notify someone that their turn is about to come up, so it should go very smooth as long as people have a cell phone. Shifts aren't set in stone or anything. I can bring a ps3 too, if it will help. Let me know on that one. I can bring hdmi/whatever the other one is. I'll bring a copy of the game, if you bring an extra one, I buy it from you, and it becomes mine.

I will also bring my Japanese PS2 and a copy of Guilty Gear Accent Core Plus. I have to check up on the schedules though, since my PS2 may be used for the MBAA tournament. If not, then it is all gears.

I'm definitely coming but I have to do something on friday and I'd like to schedule it so that I can easily go to the gear singles tournament. Also Veteru mentioned you guys might still need people to help run the tournament, I would be more than happy to help run teams(no possible conflict), and I would be happy to help run singles(but there's a possible conflict there). Feel free to answer here, or PM me with more information. I will be able to call/post Thursday afternoonish whether I will be able to help with singles or not. Look forward to seeing you all at evo!

It seems like Saturday would probably be easiest for running these, as fewer people will be in the main tournaments. Might not be a bad idea to start this on Friday and/or to do singles on one day and teams on the other, just to make sure there's enough time to finish. Or we can just do it on the fly, I guess.
