bakahyl Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 I know that Mu has lot's of not so good matchups like Hazama, Lambda, Valkenheyn and Taokaka and probably some more, but i am curious what other people think what her most difficult matchup is. For me it's either Tao or Valkenheyn, because i mess up faster against characters with very good mobility.

I think it's in mu's favor, either 5.5-4.5 or 6-4, but I get that it's really frustrating for the rachel player because "braindead" stein placement ruins her usual gameplay. It's really a momentum based match, but Mu has the advantage at neutral... until the pumpkin comes out. Typing out an answer to this turned into a post for our rachel matchup thread, which had barely anything so far

My worst match-up with mu? hard to say, valk or rachel probably. Though that has a lot less to do with the matchup than it does with me just being attrocious.

I'm going to be "Acquiring" a HD PVR from a friend who is moving in with me in a few weeks. He records CoD and shit, I'm going to use it for a Combo video. I'm familiar with Vegas and all sorts of Video editing tools. But I need opinions on the song. Combo Video - 3-6 Minutes. It's CSE Mu (When we get the update obviously) So Combo's wont be amazing or anything, If anything it will be to just test what I can do. Before I record Casuals I hold and shit. So. Please listen to these songs, and be aware I will be using shorts versions of songs if possible (Cut out interludes, hits the chorus earlier ect, Flows better) 1) D'espairsRay - Heavens Colour - This would fit perfectly 2) Blue Army - DJ Sharpnel (BGM for an Intro? Use it for Faint BGM on a Setups Video most likely) 3) Armored Core For Answer - Remember - This one is looking like the best one... 4) The GazettE - Remember The Urge - Possibly. Not sure. 5) Nana Kitade - Utareru Ame - Possibly the instrumental. Her voice is SUGOI loud. If you listened to them all, Thank you. Even if you didn't, Recommend me some CV music. FlyingVe Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 All of those seemed alright to me, but I've always viewed Mu as a more... "elegant" character. So my mind is saying that something more classical sounding would be a better fit. If Mu were an instrument, she would be a piano.

Now I got myself thinking, which character goes to which instrument: Mu - Piano Tager - Bass Ragna - Electric guitar (heavy distortion) Lambda - Synth Hazama - Saxophone ... I'm still thinking about the rest.

The best way to see if a song fits is well... to try it. They both fit (IMO) but in completely different ways.
