I'm still saying it's Jubei, what with the twin swords and claws and the color, but it could go either way at this point. No way of telling for a long time, especially since both Jubei and Relius have been requested as playable characters.

It has elements of Ragna, Carl, Hakumen, Tsubaki, Arakune, etc., etc., etc. Why do you think it belongs to a new character, when it's becoming increasingly obvious that it's a conglomerate/multi-character emblem? Aside from a few very obvious exceptions, no one's emblem bears this much resemblance to anyone else's. but in the end this emblem could just be a promotional thing for the Song Accord 2 album and no relevance to the game whatsover. On the subject of the skepticism surrounding Jubei and his status as "the strongest creature in the world", he definitely is, but not currently. I forget which story it is (It's one of the first unlocked ones, Ragna/Tao/Rachel/Bang.), but someone clearly states that he's wounded. The wording is something like "But with that wound, you're not quite that, are you?" With "that" referring to being the strongest creature in the world. I can't quite remember and I don't have time to find it but I recall either Hakumen or Hazama stating this. This would explain his reluctance to take a center-stage position in the fight! He's hurt and recovering.
