also it looks like no wii sticks have good sanwa parts looks like no ggac/cvs2/tvc/ss for me

though, apparently the tvc stick can easily swap out parts like my hori, so i guess i could slap a sanwa stick in there

but that costs money and making sure i have money to get ps3+ah3 >> everything else.

edit: did transient really only play 4 dan matches? sorry transient

definitely need to make an order next time.

player a plays dan 1-3, moves up by beating players b-d, player b will get a chance to play again once it comes back to let's say...the 8th player if we have 9 people and such. i dunno i'll make an order tomorrow when i get there :O

i was skeptical at first but im pretty ok with the system now

besides we'll..sort of be doing it for like the last 1-2 hours of meetups soooo

don't fret about it or anything it's just a good way to organize more serious bouts of play and it is apparently encouraging to several people to get better

though i guess it's a moot point since i wont have have time for ggac probbbbabbbly until summer, and would def have money by then for another stick for wii or ps2

Modding one of the Wii Hori stick is almost the same as modding that PS2/3 stick you had. The PCB is easier to solder, but that's about the only difference. I think the TvC sticks are kin to the SE sticks. Another option would be to get your stick modded with a PiiWee and extension cord to attach it to your wii-mote. Much cheaper than getting a whole new stick/modding a crappy one at least.

yuppp, though, as stated, i would have a few reasons to get shit set up for wii, which rave provided a nice link for. but then i'd probably also set up my stick to work on ps2 just so i can use my own stick for gg stuff at meetups even if i practiced on wii.

I would say "might as well buy a stick" but then the new one would be useful for games that arent fighters, which you play a lot of.

also black ops looks good. did not like cod4/6, enjoyed 5, 7 looks like i would enjoy it.

i'd play on pc though, not 360. i played way too much pc fps back in the day to not use a mouse except for like casual halo bullshitting.

i do have samurai shodown anthology for wii. it's also on ps2 IIRC, and you could also play on pc.
