Apparently there's some sort of import issue going on in Japan. Something about packages under 1 pound not being shipped unless the shipper is registered with Japan Post. They talk about it in the AH3 thread on SRK. I would advise against ordering AH3 until you can be sure this gets cleared up.

Hopefully that all gets settled before January.

Well I'd be up for playing online at least, though all of my friends stopped playing so i'm not that great as a didn't make any initiative towards getting better until recently.

It seems that it won't be an issue since Amiami and Playasia are registered.

Speaking of ordering arcana heart: While I'm going to wait a bit longer just in case Aksys announces they'll release it so I don't have to a buy a ps3, does anyone want to pool their orders from Amiami so we save a ton on shipping? I think i'll do this mid december.

Good news everyone~

I got $62 now so I'm covered for my buttons and stick... However, since my PS3/PC pcb broke, I need to save up a bit more so I can get a cuthulu board and then I'll look around for cheap 360 Madcatz pads. I woud get a cheap PS3 controller but with that firmware 3.5 disabling some 3rd party controllers, I'd rather not take the chance. >_>

Since I'm rambling on about this anyway, my mom will get POd if she sees a box of wonders arrive at our door so could a get my stuff dropped off at someone elses place and pick it up during a meetup or something?

do advise me who's delivering it though. ups is pretty good about leaving a note if they dropped it off at waterview office. fedex is, surprisingly, not. USPS is whatever.

GOOD NEWS:

Looks like Arcana Heart 3 will get a European port at least.

maybe i should like..rent/borrow someone's ps3 until then. assuming you can play european games on american 360s

at the least there will probabbbly be a aksys port considering this, so temporarily having a ps3 may be the best solution

then again, i will eventually want a ps3 of my own probably, so maybe i just need to hunker down and buy it

perhaps i shall acquire delicious money this december

Hi.

Glad to see the meetup went good. Just a few more weeks till I'm able to try stopping by again. :(

I'm sure some(?) of you guys might have seen this already but there was an interesting video on eventhubs about a modified keystick. The guy talked about some of the advantages and... I am intrigued. Since I plan on getting more buttons anyway, I actually have just enough snap-ins to try this out. If you're already confused about keysticks, prepare to be mind-fucked by this. :v:
