I know at least a few of you have that castlevania online co-op game on 360. Julius and Yoko came out last week on that,just FYI. 240MSP each. I'll post details if you want. IMO they're well priced.

If Noel and Tsubaki end up good enough and are still interesting, I will probably play them at least a bit since I wanted to in CS but they were too weak and I was focused on Bang for a long time anyway.

in such a situation, you and i could trade some noel info~

in b4 i get called a tier whore if they end up top tier I doubt i'd enjoy tsubaki more than litchi though, unless they made her D moves fucking awesome. Like, level 3 gunblaze awesome.

got an idea with makoto

now, this isn't really necessary since you already have comboing into shoryu or 5d giving you pretty good oki(and 5d pushing to corner) but dishing out more ways to mixup the enemy keeps the opponent guessing and paralyzed in the face of rushdown, soooo

her rekka is pretty decent for resets/continuing into more pressure suddenly. example:

5b 5cc 6b 5c 214a-c-a

this goes into overhead instead of dempsey roll finisher. 5 frame jabs cannot hit you out of this, it seems. so this is one thing that can get them scared of simply mashing if they don't see a 5d or shoryu. (214a-d may do the same but that thing is unsafe as hell iirc) (Also, note that 214a-c-b, the low followup to dempsey roll starter, is unsafe on block, but will combo in this instance)

so, then we have the same, except 214a-a then 2a or 5a

if they dont jab soon enough(not a big window at all, basically have to be mashing 5a. if they try to react to it they will probably fail, and you have other ways to punish raw mashers.) then this can CH them, or at the least you now get more pressure

there's also 214a-b, the ground crossup, but that seems way too slow to me. however, iirc it's getting buffed in cs2. it certainly should be!

nah. 214b, then j.2c. j.2c fucking owns so hard. someone doing some sort of mash flowchart will get shat on. this should scare them into having to do risky things(dps) or simply eating your pressure.

also, iirc, 214c will go over ragna's dp and give you time to punish it. :3

but yeah. pretty legit way to add to your rushdown and paralyze the enemy it seems.

still gonna make that video post, but it will probably be sunday/monday instead of this week. it will have ah3 for sure.

i am getting increasingly hype for ah3. will probably start practicing a bit of clarice and nazuna on ah2 emu, haha.

and shortly before it comes out i'll post a system overview with that cast pic again, with little cast summaries with notable moves etc.

pretty sure this is going to be my favorite game alongside blaz. it will also be nice to have something to switch between at meetups that most people will play and that I like a lot.

Meetups are PS3 heavy, but that's more related to the fact that most of the BB community has PS3s than the dlc character thing. But yes, 360 still doesn't have one of the DLC characters because lolmicrosoft, though that will change within a week or two, and prior to Valkenhayn it has been PS3 that has been behind on patches/things for BB.

Aside from current DLC status/population, I don't think there's really any reason to prefer one over the other. 360 mayyy in some instances be easier to get DLC set up on, since IIRC you can just swap hard drives, but I'm not sure exactly how easy account sharing on PS3 is for that sort of thing.

Stick compatibility is the main thing, but I do have 2 nice converters for ps3 horis/pads or any ps2 stick/pad to 360.

BB scene here will become even more PS3 heavy when AH3 hits, since it seems most people here are looking forward to that.

speaking of which, get hype for my next jarring mspaint avatar of clarice within a week or two. not quite sure what i'll do with her, but I have some ideas.

i should have made bang's teeth even bigger.

Also, dlc characters you dont have appear as axe armors, which ends looking hilarious. Bought them all? No problem - the game won't load up both Maria and Richter simultaneously in your chara list, so you'll always have access to axe armor shits and giggles.

Well, that date is only confirmed for japan, US "may vary" apparently, but iirc the EU company reported that date, and if the EU plans on getting it then..

Plus, microsoft's DLC chara problems are fixed, so I don't see why we wouldn't get it by then. At the least, we finally have a sense of impending valk on 360.

makoto stuff sounds hella interesting. I'm gonna test that out against my buddy's xbLagna the bloodedge later(see: when i don't have to work at 5 =_=; ) and yeah I just like what i saw/tried of valk on the ps3 when i had the chance to test him out

Zreb I would appreciate it very much if you would bring your setup. Ronin, if you're coming would you bring your TV just to make sure we can do PS2. I have GGAC+ but if you'd bring your memory card too, it'd be most appreciated.

That would make 2 PS3 BlazBlue setups and 1 PS2 GGAC+/3rd Strike/CvS2/Alpha3 setup.
