I really appreciate when someone offers me advice about what I'm doing wrong/how to deal with a certain mechanic, even when I don't try to immediately implement it in the next round. NO ONE AT OUR COMPLEX LEAVES ON THE WEEKEND :/ being hype for new P4A but not really interested in playing it again till the new one comes out lawllll lots of new people. Good to have some new blood cycled in. (p.s. if any of y'all are really new and not very confident, play against me :D I am still learning too)
Chickzama Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Grandmazama wanted everyone to know: That Someone in the group at the tourney made a very difficult choice, but made it look very easy, with a smile on his face no less. I thought my tournament match with Someone was just casuals, I didn't hear Chris say we were starting. Gran walks up and asks "Why are you playing that character?" (Izayoi) And I lost the set. After that he realized I don't play those characters for tourney...he decided to replay the set. That Someone was Oso . She said you did the right thing, which isn't always easy to do. She was very impressed. It's hard when you're trying to win, much less when you've already won. Kudos she said.

Had an awesome time at the Ranbat, even if I did get crushed in every single game.I'm gonna try to make it out to the next one, maybe this time I will be smart enough to actually warm up before Persona. Pfhor Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Unfortunately I will not be able to attend tbf on saturday, if they do end up running a bb tourney I will give my paid spot to someone. I feel really bad about this because the tbf guys are trying to make a decent effort to support smaller games
