so happy i got some good blaz and arcana in tonight. nothing better than progress.

hype for marvel nonsense. apparently morrigan can cancel her dp into flight mode even on whiff. watjwafkldsj. that game will be so fun to mess with, minimum.

ps if anyone wants to play garou either on 360 or emu, i'd be up for that. i know i've said i hate how retarded guard cancelling is in that game, but i fucking love the cast, especially Gato, and the game is just so smooth and excellent aside from GC. plus it has nice feint cancelling and other trickery...feint overhead into command throw, cancel reppuken startup into a jump to hit them out of the sky, so nice. would be my preferred non-airdasher if not for guard cancelling..

yeah, mightfo, we need to mash out some BB next time, but arcana is just too fucking cracktastic not to sit and play for hours and hours. next time I'll actually bring my other TE into the crib so you don't have to mash out on some goofy hori stick

and shoutouts to learning a character halfway through and doing better than trying to scrub it out with kamui/weiss. I'm gonna lab angelia like crazy so I'm not quite as FRAAAAAAAY

holy fuck just got home. I cheated guys. I went into training mode with dante-zero-x23 after everyone got salty and left. also jet stream into million dollars x-factor into devil must die hyper combo finish ftw. not to mention x-23's dirtnap and genei jin with zero

ggs to everyone i played at frigids.

shoutouts to supaa getting alot better and my johnny being competent as a second main ^^

also shoutouts to deadpools hyper counter combo.

And of course MARVEL 3 HYPE! I'm ready for tuesday. so fucking ready :)

also i cant believe i kept forgetting to cancel sweep either into EFC for dat damage or magnetism projectile for dat oki

How long does Sougenmu last with zero? It's one bar, right? Is it just like genei-jin, or worse, or better, or..?

How's dante's mixup? Also, can certain specials of his help him deal with advance guard?

no we had it on two setups and he was kind enough to let me go into training mode on one of them :)

she's got a fakeout cross up version of her ankle/head/decapitation slice. Her mix up game is definitely something to be reckoned with, can also chain 4-5 jabs without x-factor, dragon kick bs in the air can make unavoidable specials avoidable. invisibility special is god like for tacking on some extra hurt before comboing into command grab.

Sougenmu i didn't actually time, i'm guessing one bar. Not as broken as seiei enbu but definitely allows some comboing that shouldn't exist (try firerce all hits + full charge z-buster followed up by down firece, jab strong fierece(all hits) rekkouhouha/gdlk slash(forgot the name))

dante's mixup is actually pretty good cept his low jab isn't as fast as it should be but still very good, some specials do some don't, jet stream doesn't activate if blocked/push blocked so no fireworks or blade dance cancel. if anything his back firerce mash helps him with it. Honestly the best one to go for is just teleport(down down special) if you really wanna close the gap on someone, can be gone into from a basic jab strong fierce chain, then followed up by an overhead land low, chain teleport again. helps if you have a fast assist/projectile based assist

oh also as far as training options go i didn't test them all but there was one option that made me laugh, signal strength simulator. Simulates extreme lag or gdlk connection. o_o

also I'd be down for some garou after i finish learning rock howard *wing pose*

especially off her improved j.2c

getting a projectile boner more and more so i very much appreciate this rather non standard projectile getting healthy use and being a very nice tool in japanese mu videos
