cookie` Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Lately there hasn't been much to offer in the way of fighting games at most local anime cons, but I see your here to change that, eh cookie? there will at least be two marvel setups, an AE setup, a BB setup, MK9, some smash, and an arcana setup mostly xboxes except for mk9 and arcana and tekken will be on ps3 plus a byoc area so if you wanna bring dat japanese ps2 down you can beat some asses in GG or whatevs

Mightfo Posted September 4, 2011 Author Posted September 4, 2011 tourney was godlike and everyone should have gone (i hope cookie etc are enjoying animefest though) blaze was hype, marvel was fucking hype(muchh better than evo finals imo), sf4 was hype, and even mk9 finals were pretty hype also, i did much better against nash/chickzama this time, though i got dp'd a fucking ton by nash.(and when i baited them i fucked up the inputs, like doing dash 6a instead of dash 2a whiff block >_< ) this is good since i was actually considering quitting fighters if i wasnt getting any better, but i'm getting better even if my reactions are shit, so.. but yeah, tbf5 was awesome as usual.

Lol at getting Jan on my first match....then having everyone saying/treating me like I'm going to the gallows on my first round. I surprised even myself! We had to do 9 rounds till he was able to take me out. TO's were hyping up that match and we had a lot of onlookers because of that. I could feel the energy in that room; I credit that for getting me to the 9th round....but because he's a Pro, he turned it around on the last one....quicker than I could blink....but....it did take him 9 rounds to do it...and I Feel Good. lol As for Mightfo...you have gotten better since the last time I fought you...but I caught on to what you were doing and what you learned...Sorry that I caught you so off-guard with Mu on the last match. From what I heard...you got frazzled because of the switch...Never, ever take your hands off the stick. No matter what's thrown your way, just keep going....Cause there's always that chance of turning it around. I learned that! LOL Oso....you got a pretty good Carl....Why didn't you enter the tourney? I didnt really learn much in particular about haz vs litchi prior to the match, though. (just general awareness) I have not fought any since I dont play online since it's not GGPO.
