Blazblue: Short Stories and Novel Discussion

I kinda was thinking it had to do with the color of their bow. I haven't read beyond Phase Shift 2 as of yet (no copy) so I'm not sure if it was mentioned but yea, I kinda thought to myself that;

red bow = healing magic [Celica]

green bow = alchemy [Trinity]

purple bow = offensive magic [Nine and Kazuma]

Again, I have no idea.

I know I asked a similar question before but which PS novel does Caelica get Nirvana in? I'm kinda lost in all this right now. Is it in PS4? She looks sentient, kinda makes me feel bad that she was sealed now

Also is there a relationship between Ghost Teremi's eye and Jubei's sekigan (iirc, that's its name?), that one scan looks awesome.

If I recall correctly from the other illustrations, Celica gets Nirvana in Phase Shift 2.

Wow I never checked this thread but fucking awesome scans, especially the bolded one. They all look so badass, and it's like the picture from Hakumen's ct story mode. Except this time they're all revealed.

I was wondering if someone could give me a proper scan from phase shift 3, the black and white one where hakumen is staring at the black beast by himself?

Nope. You remember the flashback scene from CS where Terumi was sealing Hakumen and Jubei away in a cauldron and then Jubei used his Sekigan to swap places with Terumi before it was done? It's THAT scene.

Oh wow, thanks. But what I don't get is why Hakumen was so surprised by how Terumi was acting in continuum shift, with regards to his arcade mode. You could see how he was trying to appeal to Terumi despite all the evil shit he was doing.

But throughout the phase shift series, you could see that Terumi's betrayal was inevitable. So why was Hakumen still willing to forgive him until he activated the true Blazblue?

Um... Hakumen was trying to reason that a tempered Murakumo would become another Black Beast to Terumi in CS arcade mode right? Hakumen knew that Terumi had evil intentions but he also knew that the Black Beast wasn't one of those intentions as Terumi was all too willing to help kill it even though he was technically ensorcelled into obedience by Nine. He just wanted to know what Terumi's plan was.

Yeah it was more like he was trying to talk down Terumi from setting off a bomb that would kill them all, and then Terumi was like "lol that's not even my plan bro".

i say Nirvana will reconize Caelica but since Ada is in Nirvana she will still stay with Carl and know Caelica personality she will let Carl keep it

Or, Caelica will pop Ada right out of Nirvana with her healing magic; Carl has a happy ending and Caelica can continue her lust for dolls! (I know its not going to happen though, I can still dream)

Also, even if Caelica got Nirvana back, even Hakumen said, "Nirvana, your hands were never meant for hurting." So either way, I can't see Caelica fighting.

Bloodedge still has his right arm, he just can't move it (unless he's in the presence of the Black Beast). The bindings you see on his right arm in that picture are worn by Bloodedge, but not Ragna.
