7thFonon Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Thought I'd post up and see if any of you guys wanna come to the SF4/BB/AH3LM/etc session going on in Raleigh this Saturday (the 7th). If any of you are interested, you should go to the Tierless Heroes Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/tierlessheroes/ and rsvp / contact SirTal Rougroses (the host) for the address. It's apparently going to be a pretty big session, and there are supposed to be some new BB (and hopefully AH3LM) players showing up as well. I will be bringing a setup for BB and AH3LM, and I know there are couple others who are confirmed to be bringing a BB setups. But of course the more PS3's / Monitors the better. Hope to see see some of you guys there.

Most everyone is on the Facebook groups, but there could be more out there looking for info. We will be having sessions every Friday again soon, and I'm still hosting roughly once a week at my place...all in Raleigh. There may be players in other areas, though, so ask me and I'll check up on it for you.

Two damageless 6Cs in a row will result in forfeiting the match to the opponent, and excessive rule-breaking will get you removed from the tournament and possibly further participation from T*T events. We'll be back with weekly tournaments so soon! I want it bad...

It's one of the reasons why I picked up anime fighting games, because a lot of my friends at my university play BlazBlue and Guilty Gear, but many of them avoid Persona 4 Arena like the plauge.
JyakotuKurayami Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 I just avoid Blazblue. lol BlazBlue isn't hard to play, tbh. It's rather enjoyable, but I do prefer P4A(U) because it's not as strict. I don't play much Guilty Gear, but I picked up and only use a pretty hard character. But I know someone at my university is going to import UNIBEL, so I can't wait to try that out before I get my own copy in 2015.

Maybe this new upcoming version will be better for me, but for now it just rubs me the wrong way. That's why I stopped showing up to the Raleigh meetups. I have however imported UNIEL so I can be a scumbag with Waldstien (I've played Tager since CT shut up I deserve it). Also, I'm hype for Ultimax, since it looks like Kanji is at least solid now. Also in both cases I'd be more willing to pick up subs. Oh and of course I'm hype for Xrd, even though Pot seems to suck right now. Again, I'd have subs. So what's the ETA on the next Friday session? Is it still on State campus?

I actually went to NCSU and live fairly close-by to it, so if I could get some general info about how where and when you guys play I'd love to be a part of it.
