(this is when someone is supposed to say "cool story bro") i don't think steve plays bb, but if you wanna play gg i'm pretty sure he'd be down. next time i see him on aim, i'll let him know that there's someone new in stockton.

This is NOT an exclusive gathering or anything per say, but many friends, both gamer and not, will be attending and everyone is welcome. Please feel free to drop by, starting at 5pm. Party (see->non gamers, women, etc.) starts at 8pm. No one will be allowed in without bringing food, snacks, alcohol or supplies (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, swiffer to clean the floor after the party lol something). qwerty Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 so can someone enlighten me as to why gundam wing is such a god awful show? i just sat through the whole thing for the first time (i honestly hadn't watched it since 2001, lol) and it's really not a bad series at all. definitely the best spin off gundam series. old man faggot elitism for the uc timeline won't be tolerated, either, because i actually like the uc timeline and i know firsthand that zz is more retarded than g gundam.

qwerty Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 but btas is one of the best cartoons ever. even batman beyond is pretty dope. and i don't see much of anyone hating on either of those; a lot of jaded comic book nerds will at least give those shows a nod for brining batman to a younger audience. i can understand hating on g gundam (since it IS pretty retarded) and seed and whatnot, but wing is about the closest there is to a modern version (it's 16 years old now, lol) of the original msg. it does more right than it does wrong and it's still leagues above zz and victory. maybe that's why so many uc fanboys are bitter towards it?

Was kind of silly to see one of them show up in a battle, hear a random red shirt say "IT'S A GUNDAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!", and then explode almost every single time. Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny are definitely worse though. I actually loved G Gundam because it never took itself seriously. It was pretty much a cheesy super robot anime.

Parking is either hard to find or you park in a parking garage. The place is super tiny (it was smaller than my dorm room) and when I went today only about half of the games were turned on. The BB cab sticks were very loose on both sides and seemed to drop inputs. And there's like no one there. I can understand why they're only charging $.25 per play now... /story
