Game is waaaaay better than BB. guilty gear is way better then alot of games, dont know why you felt the need to compare it to blazblue. they are not the same game and dont have any of the same characters from guilty gear. just because its made by the same company doesnt mean the two games are compare-able. I feel like your opinion doesnt matter much anyway, from what i seen you dont have a clue what blazblue is about at all. but still talk out your ass bout the game.

And he is overpowered like you had wanted in this version(cs1 a game where only about 4 people can truely speak a knowledge filled opinion on), bang and litchi no longer are god tier in cs2, and the game is looking incredibly balanced almost two months later after arcade release. What really gets me about those in maryland who put down blazblue is that none of them can even play the game at even a moderate level of understanding. If your not myself, jeff, reiomou, or matt coma how the hell can you form an opinion when you dont even play the game. adominable k sucks at the game and does not understand what they hell hes doing in but still talks about the game like he plays it. same for alot of people in the maryland scene(most who have never played either version of blazblue at a moderate level of understanding). Its truely strange, i dont even check this thread, and the first time within the last 5 to 6 months that i checked the thread there was talk of blazblue in a negative way. I posted what i needed then, after a two month or so time period of not checking this thread i check it today for the second time and there is blazblue shittalk. Lol the only significant scene that exist in maryland is devouted toward crapfighteriv, and thats it..would you consider 5 people(who dont even attend xanadu that often) playing guilty gear a scene? or three players playing blazblue at a given time? Most of bb players are scared to get off there couches to play offline at xanadu's they rather hide behind lag. The online scne in maryland for bb on the other hand is very good. i met both players that are still playing the game i met off online play. When players in maryland finally think for themselves, instead allowing other to guide there views on particular things they have not yet experinced for themselves maybe crapfighter iv wont be the only game with a significant amount of players.

The downfall i feel like the md scene has is allowing others to lead them into thinking things without trying out things for themselves. In my honest opinion the game is looking alot more balanced, and they fixed a good amount of scrub like issues. for ex: ib is weaker allowing for pressure without people jumping away or countering you(hakumen and tager or ragna). More range on air throws to get more people who are just jumping around. more normals are air unblockable, all these were targeted toward people jumping around so much. They fix alot of the overpowered stuff in cs1 as well. Edited January 28, 2011 by Alex073088
