Cardinal_Sin Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 any strikingly heel characters because of that." Did he really say heel? THE FANS DIDNT SCREW SAGAT SAGAT SCREWED SAGAT
BagLunch Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 Did he really say heel? THE FANS DIDNT SCREW SAGAT SAGAT SCREWED SAGAT Original interview quote from 4gamer: 小野氏: スパIVのコンソール版って,僕は悪くないバランスだと思ってるんですが,その中でちょっと未練があったのは,全体的に丸くしすぎたんじゃないか,という部分です。あれが強いとかこれが強いとかって,微妙にはあるんですけど,明確なヒール役が居なくなってしまった。 Yes, he very much used the word "heel". Ironically, Raiden in KOF13 fit this perfectly, in gameplay and in story.
Coren Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 Aw man, there's been like five pages without me talking about unrelated bullshit; wtf happened here? Anythin going on this weekend? I wann play some FUC or melty or something.
Saru Kada Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 yeah, some people coming by tonight, probably tomorrow night as well.
ghostgoodboy Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 Man DR2 pause background musics so harmonious, so mall-peaceful and relaxing, so good.
BagLunch Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/extreme-fear/201009/the-sad-science-hipsterism No matter how many levels of irony you stack, they are all ultimately shields for your Freudian identity crisis
BagLunch Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fItlmVi7W Company-designed girl bands churned out by a factory are elegantly conveyed by cloned sprites But really I'm just posting it because I recall Peter mentioning how Mike hates SNSD
BagLunch Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 Man, writing prose sentences without periods is liberating It's unclear whether you have a completed thought there in the sentence or are deliberately leading the reader on Usually I just do it when I'm trying to stack on some sarcastic commentary But the effortless irony afforded by leaving out the period is infectious and alluring
Cardinal_Sin Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 hipster yomi: i thought that you thought that I thought you liked lame counterculture attire
Greed Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 So I was talking to Ray and apparently Mike and Fong played Dungeon Fighter online... Does anyone still play? I've been whoring that game in my free time lately.
ToastCrust Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 I can't be the only one, right? I'm so un-op'd.
Superking™ Posted September 25, 2010 Author Posted September 25, 2010 If I drop by tonight it won't be for long.
Saru Kada Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 if by "played" you mean "tried five minutes of"... then yes fong's the one that actually played dfo
geogaddi Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MRoYEBfM_3A&hd=1 i played dfo for a bit, still do every once in a while, level 19 striker
Coren Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 I used to play DFO with internet buddies, I've got a 20-something grappler hanging around.
Superking™ Posted September 25, 2010 Author Posted September 25, 2010 Corey you dropping by today? If you do I'll bring my VS setup. lol
BagLunch Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 I can't be the only one, right? I'm so un-op'd. I've never beaten an EO game, in spite of enjoying the bulk of my time with it. The new skills and whatnot in EO3 sound like a lot of fun, though GRINDDDDDD is still an issue. Plus I'm worried that having a game I want to play that's portable means that I won't be able to get away from games I want to play!
ghostgoodboy Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Today, I was jogging in Central Park in Burnaby because it was too good a day to not jog. But when I saw a wheelchair, I wanted to find a battery so badly because I wanted to combine an electric chair. FML

Coren Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I won't be by tonight, I'm gonna finish a paper and a few math assignments.
Press Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I used to play DFO, but then my computer wouldn't install updates or something so I stopped. I think I've got like a 24 crusader, but I dun remember. I used to only duel anyways
Coren Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I seem to have lost my convertor, is there an extra black inpin laying around Mike's?
