What's a cheaper stick you guys would recommend?

Don't buy a cheap joystick. They're so bad that even people who know how to play on stick can't play with them.

Make sure the stick is a Sanwa or Seimitsu stick, and make sure the joystick case is heavy enough that you can do motions without shifting the whole thing around in your lap. You can save money on other aspects but do not compromise on this or you'd might as well not buy one at all.

Madcatz TEs are an all-around good bet. In any case, try before you buy. Last thing you want to do is buy something for $80+ that's difficult or uncomfortable to use. E.g. I have big hands and I can't use the Hori VLX V3 because the slope along the edge of the case makes my wrists hurt. Even HRAPs are a little too small for me, but TEs feel great.

Oh, I was thinking of just buying online. Do you know where I would able to test them out and possibly purchase?

EDIT: Thanks for the info btw.

EDIT 2: Are you able to use sticks on the pc since they use usb? I enjoy playing Melty Blood and Guilty Gear on my pc but don't really like using my keyboard.

>the modder didn't answer the fucking question about joysticks

fuck

you can get an SE and upgrade it and it'll work just fine.

What sticks/parts do you want to test?

Alright, who's at Distant Worlds? I swear I just saw some DL people right as I walked in.

Watch it, man. You know how shady and weird the people there are.

Whoa, you were there too?

I bumped into Tony (don't know if you know him), didn't see anyone else.

Kind of wanted to test a few out to see what ones I like more don't really have a list exactly. I'm really new to this stuff by the way.
