It's a fighting game of course :keke:. Also the guy doing the graphics is the same dude that made those fake MK9 Fatalities that ended up looking better than what we actually got.

I mean, is it 2D digitized or 3D? MK or SF clone? Is it DLC price or full $60? I'm about as interested in this as I am with the My Little Pony fighter.

Dear Danny: why the hell do we lag so much i don't think you even live more than 150 miles away.

Love you forever~ Toasty

I HAVE NO IDEA! All I want is to fight a real Carl and our connection just won't let us play like anything but derp-warriors. One day our connections well allow Noel's crossup 2D and Carl's crossup j2C to be blocked. Sadly, that day is not today.

Broken and bitter~ Danny.

I am quite honestly offended by that comment, and I'm not sure what made you say that. If I were to borrow an inPin from anyone, they could be assured that it would be returned promptly, either in person or by mail.

Well, there is Nazgul's SBO GGAC 2007 DVD which you have had for several months. There are also the custom arcade sticks which both Stryfe and Nazgul commissioned about 2 and 1/2 years ago, as well as the parts Nazgul gave you to build his which he asked to be returned. . .

Alex you're a very friendly guy; I've often seen you teaching players combos and game mechanics they haven't learned, and introducing new players to veterans of the NE scene. You're fun to hang out with; you bring hype to the games you play during both casual meetups and tournaments. But, you are not very reliable.

I won the sunday BB tourney at PAX East.

Also, seems PWA going weekly now. Vyers, i'm gonna sit you down in marvel next time and show you some of the finer points of marvel to return the favor to you since you are good about showing people things about GG. I'll let you borrow my copy if you want, too, since i'm playing more AE and AH3 these days.

i watched the top 4 for kof13 from revelations. sweet stuff. no maxima made me sad though.

Thanks, I'd love to have some help learning Marvel 3, and I would be very grateful to borrow your copy so I can get some practice in while I search for my missing disc.

I was too tired to make the trip to PWA yesterday. Subway opening shifts have been messing with my internal clock. 5:30am:vbang:

I heard the US release date for KOF13 got pushed back to October 25th:(.

Sweet. By "Darkstalkers" I hope you mean "Vampire Savior", though, as that is the definitive version of the game.

Vampire Savior would be tasty.

I'm not Real i'm half-real. Atleast these days I am. i have yet to master the art of cookie-cutter unblockable resets that i'm supposed to know how to do. In all honesty i dont mind the damage nerf, it's nirvana's meter nerf that kills me. no more human shield all day ; -;

Laurence and I chatted with Adam after PWA on tuesday. We peeped the board. It's Vampire Savior. So get crazy hype for that. Honestly, PWA has a TON of stuff in the back that's just waiting to be fixed and prepped. They've only been open for about 5 months but they are saying that things are going pretty well. they've got some big plans for the future too.

nuclear, playing ah3 with you was much better than trying to play gg with you. i do want to see the punishment loop stuff but i had to make sure I played tim in bb before fight night ended. i don't really know a lot about the game but i'm trying to figure stuff out. i need to spend some time with the cast and see who i like. i do apologize that the segue wasn't super smooth.

tim, we need some "ok, we're gonna play for serious" as if we are buppa and galileo or something bb time.

But Galileo plays Litchi. Does that mean you're switching to Litchi?

Why Litchi when you can have 6f 5A?

If your 5A isn't 5 frames, you're doing it wrong ;3

This combo video features a version of Lilica's punishment loop starting at around the 1:40 mark.

It's pretty brutal, but it takes a bit of effort. The idea is that Lilica's 2[E] hits them right after they leave hitstun, where they're stuck in two frames where they can't do anything but guard. Punishment makes charged E attacks completely unblockable, so yay free(-ish) combo reset. :yaaay:

I can explain it more next time we meet up, if you want.

Also, GGs in AH and BB (for what it's worth :v:). Had fun spamming items with my (pretty much day 2) Platinum.

Wow, man. That's a lot of open talk about my business. I don't think that's really fair, especially because I doubt you know the full stories behind what you mentioned, very little explanation was offered, and moreover, none of those things involve you directly.

But since you went there...

I've had Nazgul's SBO DVD for a while, and since he has been in the scene less often for a while now, we've hardly been in the same place at the same time. He never made a big deal about getting the DVD back quickly, but he is quite welcome to ask for it back anytime, and I'll be glad to send it by mail right away.

As for the custom sticks...the designs for those were in discussion when we first talked about them, and many revisions were made. Also, I basically didn't know what I was getting into when I first decided to make customs, so of course I ran into delays and problems. Additionally, it's not at all practical (or perhaps possible) for me to make sticks like that during the winter, which caused more delays. And so on. In the end, it's still my fault, but it's not like there weren't any reasons at all behind the delays. Also, knowing that I wasn't sure when I'd be able to finish the sticks, I asked that I only be paid after they are finished (despite having spent a lot of money buying all of the parts and tools that they require, and a lot of time designing and learning about making sticks).

That being said, you can be assured that this will be the year I finish those custom sticks. Talk is cheap, and nobody has to believe me, really, but you'll see. (Duke Nuke 'Em Forever came out this year, did it not?! Hehe.)

As for the special parts that Nazgul gave to me for his stick, I don't recall him requesting those back. If that's somehow not the case, or if he wants them back anyway, I can ship them back along with the DVD.

Honesty and integrity are very important to me. I can admit to having fucked up, but it was in regards to a very particular situation that didn't go as planned; I don't think it's that I am an unreliable person in general, and for Vyers to say that I "have a poor track record when it comes to returning things to people" seemed like jumping the gun a bit.

Vyers, we have been cool for a long time, and please don't feel like I want it to be otherwise. I just felt like what you said was a bit out of place, considering that it was lacking explanation and, at least as far as I'm concerned, could seem to insinuate some not-so-great things about me, though that seemed unintentional on your part.

Ugh...I apologize to everyone for this, but I felt it was necessary to explain what had been brought up. :(

Anyway...for those going to ECT...let's show them what New England can do!! :keke:

Alex, You're right that I shouldn't have brought up Nazgul's dvd, and Nazgul's/Stryfe's custom sticks in the forums. It was inappropriate for me to talk about them publicly; discussion via pm or phone would have been the right way to go about it. I'm sorry I brought them up here.

Good luck at ECT, and have a safe trip there and back.
