Chumaralupa Posted August 5, 2012 Author Posted August 5, 2012 Ok Erik, bad news, I re-wired your board as if it wasn't dual-modded to see if the Cthulhu board was the problem and..... it is. The board, much like my first board is fried. You need to order a PS360+ or something, 'cause long story short I can't really put the stuff back in that was originally in there, the price of failure I suppose. If you can find a place with a PS360+ in stock and order one to replace mine then I'll put my extra one in your stick this weekend. But yeah I'm not sure when the board you had got fried, but the way AIAB set it up, I could definitely see it getting damaged if that switch was flipped while it was plugged into a system, I mean.... Toodles lays out a very clear way of piggybacking a 360 pad onto the Cthluhu board and AIAB completely ignored it and did some retarded mod that took me forever to figure out. Fucking idiots. So yeah, it's up to you now Erik.

I have no problem ordering a board but I can't find any PS360+ in stock. Would a new Cthulu board work instead?

Ok Erik the stick works again for PS3, and it was supposed to work for PS2 too but it's not and I'm sick of working on this stick so I don't wanna look into it anymore. Holy fuck just watched trailer for BB3...no Mu in sight. =( And where the fuck is Lambda/Nu? Maybe they'll be boss characters. Loving the new hud, new sprites for Noel/Tsubaki, new stages, new effects on some moves, new Ikarugan characters look interesting, gotta see some gameplay first though. It looks like Ragna has a new air normal or maybe special, and Tsubaki and Jin have their unlimited distortions. Also I can't see any guard primers or even any type of guard-break mechanic whatsoever. Regarding BB's longetivity, I agree with Chris, if you don't play the game then obviously it'll die. In an ideal world, I don't see why BB and P4A can't exist side by side. But we have to actually put forth the effort to support the games we supposedly enjoy for that to happen. BB will always be my main game but I'll always play P4A and any other games as long as other people want to play them as well.

That BB PV is fake, there's no playable Kokonoe, Torakaka, or Linhua. Also, new Tsubaki sprite my ass, they just changed the color to fit the story. I'll buy it for the story, but as long as the game still maintains the whole corner rape attitude it's had since CS2 I still won't enjoy the game enough to put time into it. I'm going to start looking at my personal schedule and see if I can get a P4A ranbat schedule worked up soon, all I know is that it will continue to be on Fridays since it works best for people and Saturday is taken up by Hazbats. I really did dislike that idea too. Everyone relies on putting people in the corner. I think Hazama's DD is hilarious.

In P4, games are usually over pretty fast because everyone has solid oki and setups they can do to actually get the initiative, and combos don't last 10 seconds long unless you're Naoto

I'm so fucking glad ArcSys took my advice and delete Mu and reworked Noel. I hope they still listen to the part where I said they should delete Arakune and make him human. Guard Primer system is gone and looks like Burst is reverted to GG and P4U style. Also, we saw this information here beforehand, but we didn't know all the details.
