So Rough Divide Slam Assist Beat Fang Slam Assist wouldn't work, as it won't let you do the 2nd assist unless you do it by the time your opponent already teched.

I think PSN is down right now though. I think I miiiight have solved the DS issue with EXBursts, so I wanna test that out. Also, get getting some equipment~ I wanna do some equipment battles. :3~ Don't forsake that part of the game lol And yes, Emperor's new outfit is amazing... Haha, I love it tbqh. EDIT: If you want a training mode, make a Gabranth friend card and de equip everything except auto recovery. Just equip EX charge, but for his EX mode don't equip any HP attacks. To be able to exit, just press circle and go down into extra abilities or something, then press circle until you are out of the menu. If done right, you won't get the "Please equip an HP move" message.. thus letting you have a Gabranth with no abilities equipped but EX Charge and Air Recovery.. The perfect training mode dummy! Next, you can equip some armor on him or not, up to you... and equip yourself with the training ring, set some rules if you want... and then set them onto your friend card. Finally, export the Gabranth friend card then import it, and bam! Training mode! Edited April 21, 2011 by furix

Emp's 3rd alt looks sexy, and OK looks cool, but I was kind of hoping that he would get a real Luneth pallete this time around but whatever.

Tsuki Garyuu Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 IIRC from IGN's review, given that the multiplayer lags from too many EX particles, maybe what makes the game desync is that some characters' EX Burst have too many bytes and graphics for a connection to handle.

Which causes desync because her EX bursts require her to press circle instead of X, so in her game, she is getting them correct.. but in mine.. she didn't press anything, thus the game desyncs. It's an easy fix for me since I can change my confirm buttons, she can't since she doesn't have Chicken Flavored Water, but I do.

Of course, when you play with other users that can't switch their accept buttons, I guess Ex Command Omega would be a wise thing, you should probably let your opponent know that you have a JP PSP and about the Desync glitch.

furix Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 For anyone having money problems, here is a friendcard I found at game faqs that has a hardwood katana equipped. http://www.mediafire.com/?7g6046pu4ddy4rs Basically, the hardwood katana sometimes come on level 100 sephiroths and I think Gabranths, it is nearly 100% drop rate item part of the super rocket set. If you equip yourself with a super ribbon, mog amulet, and thief glove then it's like +70%.. Making it pretty much a sure 100% drop rate every time you fight the ghost card. You can use Lightning, Yuna, Shantotto.. and I forget who else can naturally equip the Super Ribbon. But yeah, just keep fighting that friend card and it'll either drop the hardwood katana or the artifact(which sells for double lol). To quickly sell the artifact you can just go to artifacts and I think hit triangle on them to keep selling them... which is like 180k a pop. This is the fastest way I found for farming gil.

CP Equip Items (Hero's Essence etc) are "universally read" throughout your entire Character Select roster, so you have to make sure NOT ONE of your characters has them equipped before entering the Labyrinth, that way the game doesn't forcibly "reset" your ability layout to default. So basically, you have to unequip any Hero CP items on anyone, Heroes, Villains, and Feral Chaos before entry. That way you can explore it properly for those Accomplishments.
