Very cute Tari! :D

Also. The drawings were done today. For those who were unable to make it, Derek (known as sG on dustloop) drew for you. Get in contact with Derek, and he will have your Secret Santa.

If the person who has me can find KamiNomi stuff that aren't CDs (or the manga/anime), that'd be godlike. Either that or Hibiki Ganaha merch (which is as hard to get orz)

Ahhh sorry super late... Stuff for me.. uh..

Clothes that look cool. (Shirt size S, 27" waist. Probably only gonna find 28", which is fine)

Books/Manga (I've been reading Loveless lately.. XD I have the vol. 1-41-6 already.) Gonna be riding the train every day pretty soon, heh.

Husbando stuff. I dunno....

Um. A wallet. The one I have has these button things that are destroying my jean pocket.

Steam money? (My friend keeps bugging me to buy games to play with him)

A Thermos. Those things are amazing.

So with overwhelming demand, we will hold Secret Santa party on Sunday, the 22nd at the PNW house. We will do the gift giving in the evening, but people are encouraged to come early and hang out, talk, mash, sing, etc.

Met some people at the GameClucks tourny, recently moved from Pittsburgh over to Edmonds. Haven't touched anime since P4U/BBCS1 so extremely rusty and out of touch with anime. Who is close to my area or close for public transportation.

Sorry for the late reply, but unfortunately I do not think there are too many that far north. I believe the UW Seattle scene are you best bet. We also hold monthly tourneys are Gamebreakers on the first Saturday of each month at Gamebreakers in Renton.

I played at Gameclucks (Seattle Slugfest) There was a dude there who claimed GG was best game, he played Slayer and we had fun. Threw my first upcoin, played like ass because GG doesn't exist where I live... but all was well.

Does anyone in PNW play KOFXIII and take it seriously? KOF is my second favorite game, sometimes I feel salty about not having GG competition but KOF has been so good to me that I usually don't mind. Just recently I made a big execution breakthough, and after years of shipping King/Mature/Vice (without telling anyone) I can finally play them as a team and not fail terribly! :D

I'll be swinging by BB House gift exchange with an out of towner to say "Hi" :D

I can bring some drinks and communal fun stuffs so no worry on any actual gifts.

Just a heads up, we're meeting at the PNW House tomorrow (Sunday) for BB. I'll be there about an hour after the Seahawks game ends. There will be a stream of some sorts for people who can't make it out.

This Week

- Gamebreakerz is holding their monthly fighting game tournament this Saturday, January 25. BBCP is a part of the lineup and will start at 8:30pm.

- There will another meet at the PNW House this Sunday. Games start at noon and go until late (most people are around from 6pm - midnight with a long break for food in the evening)

I'd love to attend the meet up on Sunday if someone wouldn't mind giving me a ride from/to Everett. I can pay for gas.

I may be able to offer a ride, if I go Sunday. Is there a number we can reach you?

Tonight's the night! I'll be there in about a half hour to warm up. Tournament's at 8:30.

Bracket: http://tloz.challonge.com/GBZ0114BB

Sorry for not posting this earlier, but for the second month in a row, I immediately fell ill after a GBZ tourney ;_;

We have two more tournaments coming up in both the North and South Seattle areas.

- Battle for Seattle returns to GBZ on Saturday, February 8th. BBCP is at 6pm ($5), GG is at 7pm ($5), and the main event, Gundam: Extreme Vs. Full Boost is at 9pm ($1, random teams)

- Saturday Slugfest XVIII at GameClucks is the week after (Saturday, February 15th) with BB at 7pm? ($5). GC Chris always offers VIP service (booze) for $5 extra

I assume the PNW House will be hosting casuals like they do every Sunday.

Finally, the Evo 2014 announcements happen today (Thursday) at 7pm PT on http://www.twitch.tv/iplaywinner. I'll be at this year's Evo regardless.

I'll see everyone at GBZ (or if they can't make that, then Slugfest, I hope!)

The weather sucked, we just had another tournament a few weeks ago, and a lot of people ended up being unable to make it... but we were really surprised to see this many people come out! So good job, Washington, at building up our BB scene to where this is possible and to everyone who came for showing how much they enjoy this game/community!

During this event, two announcements were made regarding airdashers at NWM6

- logichole will be returning as our dedicated airdashers streamer

- GGXXAC+R has been added as a main game

Northwest Majors 6 will be returning to Highline Community College on May 3 - 4

Despite the weather, I think some people are still trying to meet up tomorrow at the PNW House?

This upcoming Saturday, February 15 will be North Seattle's turn with Saturday Slugfest XVIII at GameClucks. I hope people can make it!

Reminder: Today is Saturday Slugfest XVIII at GameClucks! This is the only monthly in North Seattle and we already have 12 people confirmed including 3 from Oregon! They are Yugo, Dogars, and Goggles. BBCP starts at 8pm with the bulk of the players arriving at 7pm or earlier. If you have my number and are nearby, feel free to text me and ask if people have started arriving for casuals. I know Tulio and Shaka are also trying to play P4 casuals as well.

We're slowly starting to get things more organized in the North Seattle area. If you're in the area or willing to travel, lmk and I'll make sure to tell you when we're trying to play. I also hosted a full 8-man netplay lobby and that considered that a great success, so I'll likely do it again next Friday from 9pm - Midnight.

Registration for Northwest Majors 6 also just went live. You can find it here at http://northwestmajors.com/register. BBCP and GGACR are main games and finals will take place on the main stage for both. You can find full details here: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?18935-Northwest-Majors-VI-May-3-4-Des-Moines-WA
