EDIT: I never thought I'd see the day where a little magical girl severely outdamages a giant cyborg, the so called "Grim Reaper" and other "tough" looking cast members lol. Arakune, 13k, no gold bursts. He can't be beat.

They were doing PSN Store updates on Tuesday and then actual patches and updates on Thursday. I don't think they've changed it recently though.

Chris Chaos Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Got my BB:CSII in (FINALLY!!!!!) and I've been keeping my eye on Platinum for some time. I'll admit that after playing her, I'll probably be switching characters. She's fun to play, it's easy to pick up on things with her (IMO), and she has a LOT of tools. I completed her Challenges not too long ago and the combos aren't that hard. I'll probably have to look up more damaging combos because I've seen her break pass 5k in the corner. (If anybody knows; are her high damage combos situational or character specific or do they work on most of the cast?)

(only works in the corner and/or goes past 7k if you use 50% or get a CH. Start the combo with Mami Circular and RC it on hit near a corner, you'll get 7.4k off of Hammer Loop, you do it off of AA CH 2C, you'll be looking at 7.6-7.7k with Cure Dot Typhoon finisher.) But, at least I will be able to mash with my friends on their PS3, and you guys without PSP will get your chance to shine. I got a question: how do I deal with zoners if I don't have bombs or missiles? They pop my bubbles too easily, and there's no other proper way to get in their face. Am I supposed to simply run around and try not to get hit?
