itsme Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 If you are pressing the A button after a successful catch with your drive, instead of doing your usual follow up attack after your drive you do the Enma follow up which has better prorations and it fatals on CH. It sadly has no invincibility like your drive follow up attacks or upper body invul. like the regular Enma, and it doesn't have much range to it as well compared to the usual Enma since you don't Kishuu to move forward.
mAc Chaos Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 Is the Enma follow up a special move to itself or does the normal Enma move fatal on CH too.
itsme Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 iirc, they're separate moves so our Kishuu>Enma has the upper body invul. with an okay P2 and does regular CH while our Drive>Enma has no invul. with a decent P2 and does fatal on CH.
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 Holy shit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=WYvXdNjxurA#t=567s
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 mAc, I recorded our matches together. I'll upload them when I hopefully arrive in Toronto. Since I used up most of my bandwidth here at home.

LegendaryRath Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 dear god...bandwidth caps What is the world coming too. Will my children grow up in an age where internet is restricted? I shudder at the thought.
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 (edited) I blame psychopass for this, and K. ^Wow such a bad typo before... Edited December 22, 2012 by BladeOfJustice7
mAc Chaos Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 mAc, I recorded our matches together. I'll upload them when I hopefully arrive in Toronto. Since I used up most of my bandwidth here at home. Awesome.
mAc Chaos Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 lol, I remember that one. Good quality recording.
LegendaryRath Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Gotta love that first place color palette, the sign of a true winner.
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 You can get slightly more damage if you go for j2c (CH)>2b>stuff as opposed to j2c (CH)>2a>stuff btw mAc. Good play though. @legend, default colors are too strong :o
BlackYakuzu94 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I swear to god the timing on the J.B>J.A>2C is ass, I managed to pull it off twice then nothin.
LegendaryRath Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I swear to god the timing on the J.B>J.A>2C is ass, I managed to pull it off twice then nothin. It takes a lot of getting used to but eventually something will click and you'll get it nearly every time. You aren't losing too much damage over the basic combo even if you drop it.
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 It takes a lot of getting used to but eventually something will click and you'll get it nearly every time. It's funny this is exactly what happened to me.
mAc Chaos Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 That happened to me with his 623AA combo. I remember one day I spent like 4 hours in training mode just doing the combo over and over and missing it nonstop to the point where I was going to scream at the TV. Then I walked away and did some other stuff and came back and suddenly I was able to do it.
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Sometimes your hands just need a break, as well as your mind. I try to do that when I spend a lot of time in training mode. Though now I only really practice hitconfirms; set dummy to block at random, and set them in a CH state, so good.
mAc Chaos Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Somehow I'm better at hit confirms during an actual match than training mode. I can't hit those random hit confirms for the life of me in training mode lol
BlackYakuzu94 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I managed to do it twice after about an hour, but yeah my hands were shot by then. Funnily enough, I'm actually somewhat better at this 623AA motion than the other one. Plus, I tend to forget I have other tools such as Zatentsu and Hotaru, and then after the match, I'm like "FFFAK"
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Somehow I always forget to use the jb fuzzy guard setup in the corner on Jin. He's the only one I forget to use it on. Only recently have I started to use it on him lol.
LegendaryRath Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I tend to forget I have other tools such as Zatentsu and Hotaru What's a Zannntetssoo and Hoe-Tarroo??
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 ^This made me laugh, also uploading my matches with Kirbster (offline) and my matches with mAc (online) as we speak. I should be able to hop back on the video thread either tonight or tomorrow.
Ctrlaltwtf Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Somehow I'm better at hit confirms during an actual match than training mode. I can't hit those random hit confirms for the life of me in training mode lol That's because real people don't block randomly lol, you really have an easier time predicting whether or not you're going to hit an actual opponent.
BladeOfJustice7 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 As mAc reuqested, videos of him bodying my shit online. I have other uploads of my pixelated adventures of justice up on my channel that I uploaded just now as well.
