TheGreatReptar Posted April 21, 2011 Author Posted April 21, 2011 Everything I've heard about Phantom Breaker makes me definitely not want to try the game, starting with the fact that 5pb is making it, seeing the wonderful job they did with DoDonPachi Dai Ou Jou. I think the controls for the game are supposed to be like the controls in other games' simple modes. Also, Keits was a day late posting about Arcana Heart. Then proceeded to bury it in a bunch of MK shit.

I only played ps2 daijou which was done by arika. 5pb has ported a lot of shmups that wouldn't see a console release otherwise, right? Also, that could've been why I didn't see it on srk
TheGreatReptar Posted April 22, 2011 Author Posted April 22, 2011 Daijou was apparently almost unplayable when it first came out and it took over a year for them to patch it. Then again, I don't know of their prior track record, or track record since, so it's kind of unfair to base my opinion of them on that. They did afterall make Stein's Gate, which I haven't played the game, but I'm liking the anime adaptation of it =P I do however have problems with what I've heard of the game's system, which makes it sound like Smash Bros for people who like anime.

I'm free after 1:30, so I could swing by and give them to you. Also, would anyone be interested in having weekly online player match lobbies in AH3 and BBCS2 over the summer? I definitely wouldn't be able to stream anything with my home connection, but if we get enough people I might be able to eventually start recording matches (if I succeed in getting a summer job).

Deadguy Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Yeah, this friday at my apartment since klaus will be overtaken with eager students. ah3 and ssf4. around 8. there's a georgia tech sponsored graduation party thing that has free booze so I'll be going to that and coming back. If you mean, with regards to the staying on campus question - I'm actually moving out monday (the 9th) or sunday (the 8th). so glad senior design is over. i played a lot of mk9 tonight it was lol test your luck was silly.
