So, I tried downloading CS2 on my PS3 today. It got all the way to 2% before my connection dropped. I called the internet people again, and they're sending someone to fix it tomorrow. Hopefully I can play online then D: I'll host some rooms and junk...and then proceed to give the host to someone else since it'll probably be shitty.

Meanwhile, first impression of CS2 Carl after actually playing a few matches with him: He's dumb and I should switch to Litchi/Rachel/whoever.

if you're seriously going to switch characters then you should totally play Rachel. Bitch is crazy good.

I kind of want to switch to Tsubaki. She plays extremely similarly to Makoto and I'm having a ton of fun with her. It's not like there's much for me to learn about Makoto anyway... other than slightly different combos and drive timing she didn't change.

I'm kind of wanting to pick that game up again after seeing how tao's combos are different now. The look like CT combos almost, which makes me quite happy :D

I agree with both of these statements. Tsubaki looks like a fun alternative to Ragna, in my case, and I told Ivysaur yesterday that Rachel would be a great choice for him. If I recall correctly though, he's leaning towards Litchi.

Noel seems to be like her CT self again, if only much better. Optic barrel is actually viable for zoning(if though a little risky, like a KOF fireball). Drive combos do a lot more damage surprisingly. New gattlings give her some form of legitimate mixup. j.4D is kinda dumb and leads to huge damage, pretty broken move i must admit.

I love CSII because you can't just IB > up back all day to escape crap. you can still do it to avoid stuff but there's simple ways to punish it, it actually carries RISK now. It's crazy.

sooo..... since CS2 is out on ps3 i was gonna run the tourney on that and was wondering if there was any platinum mains that have an objection. We'll be playing on SDTVs and the corners being cut off has come up as an issue in casuals alot.
