They'll be more often once the school year starts, ironically enough. Salty about X but more happy about hawkeye, needed a new avenger on my team. I'm loving his speed shot special, kinda low on damage overall but wtv. Here's hoping X is dlc.

Anything from SFIV and on is marketing hype packaged as games to drive sales. You can't honestly say their current crop could stand next to ST, GG, VF, or other top fighter. You might say the games aren't intended for that. I call bull; they're not even trying to make decent FGs at all. But what makes me mad is that people buy hype, not solid games. @#$$#$^% I'm outta here before I go into a rant. :P Oh, they ARE doing one thing right, though: SFIII online. That's the game to look out for.

Don't give in to peer pressure and make a purchase you'll regret. Nobody's pressuring me into playing it. When MvC3 first came out, I was only hype about Spidey-DeadPool-Dante. I didn't like Dante's style so I ended up never getting a true 3rd party member. I also don't understand the fundamentals of this game, with all the assists, pressure game and whatnot. But this time around, there's friggin' awesome characters. I'm particularly hype about Ghostrider because I totally dig this kind of character. Hawkeye looks awesome also. Then there's Strider and Firebrand. There's also Wright, Iron Fist and Nova that I wanna see. I know that Capcom has my money in their hands already, I'm sold . I've already decided that I was gonna learn the game anyway, that could greatly help my execution. But right now, Spiderman's the only character I enjoy playing as. I still play Deadpool because of his pineapple surprise. @Eb: Dude, X is the shit. MegaMan has been the main part of my childhood. Do you not remember when we talked about the games we played back in the days? I said that I came from 2D platformers. Also, is there a reason they changed the whole lifebar thing setup for UMVC3? It just seems a strange thing to focus on changing. I listened to the wakeupSRK podcast, and they were comparing MVC2 to MVC3. Like how in MvC2 you had to play MSP to compete at the highest level, well in mvc3, you have to have either wolverine or phoenix in your team to compete at the highest level, although they were also saying dante might be up there too. I'm not buying a fighter that I'll take seriously and compete. But marvel has yet to release any REALLY good games. I was talking to my cousine about this and mvc3 is probably one of Marvel's best decisions, where you can fly around the screen with iron man while not being hindered by the lack of mobility of the hulk on screen and still interfacing the game with other people. the last good game marvel came out with that Iron Man was in was marvel ultimate alliance 1. SO for me this is a game where I get to use the marvel characters I know and love, it just so happens to be in my favourite genre. But check maximilian's latest "Online Warrior" episode to see what he says about umvc3. But I do for the most part see where you're coming from. So no one should be surprised by that. Looking at the new character art for the roster, I take back what I said about Stark's art. Looking pretty sick, but his first art was much better.
