I also have secured Monday off work, so yeah, it's on. I can't quite explain how good it feels to take a Monday off, citing vidja games as my reason, and telling an entire squad that yes, it's more important to me than cheerleading, no question.

The only characters I have in mind so far are Leona and Claw Iori on anchor. Anyone have some team composition suggestions, or a third? Seiki Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 (edited) Uri I'll play with you on PSN if Star brings his copy of BB on monday. or whatever game you want to play. @Volpe: I like Leona on first because a lot of characters have easy punishes on her specials with their ex specials/supers. Plus going in on a character with meter makes it that much harder for her to open them up. People are more inclined to block when they don't have invincible ex moves to get out of pressure/guard cancel blowback and that gives you more opportunities to set up her instant overhead. Claw Iori anchor is great because if you have to fight two maybe three characters you can have confidence claw iori can get the job done. What are you looking for in a character? I can think of several good 2nd positioned characters on your team but what playstyles are you interested in? Edit: Also, I'm bringing a tv, xbox, kof, guilty gear set-up. I just did a test and everything seems good- there are just a couple slight problems. The first is that live commentary won't be possible. It's a little hard to explain, but the game and its audio lags a bit every now and then- not enough to be noticeable by viewers when it happens- but enough to desync any commentary that's going on after some time passes. I can't use any programs that postpone audio relays either, because the game doesn't lag at a set rate (in regards to commentary, it just gets worse and worse as time goes on). The second is that the game audio sounds slightly drowned out. I don't know what's causing it, though it's probably just something with my computer's sound card (the game's audio is sent to the stream through my computer's Stereo Mix). I'm not sure if it's "fixable" or not, but it's not that bad IMO. Interested? Y/N? EDIT: Oh, just to cite what I'm bringing, it'll be the usual- Xbox 360, laptop, capture card, fight stick, BBCSEX, UMvC3, SCV, Skullgirls, SSF4AE, KoFXIII (already at Milln's I hope lol), and Catherine. If we get the chance, please guys. PLEASE try Catherine. Its multiplayer has all the components of a fighting game- yomi, oki, frame traps, you name it. It's a solid game and I don't think many (if any) of you have given the multiplayer a chance. It's hype. It's fun. Stop making me beg you to play it. I'll possibly bring a monitor but it will most likely just be my PS3 that I pack with me, I have BB, SC5, and Marvel for PS3. Volpe is going to bring a gear setup as well (so i'll finally get to practice something without people wanting a match every two seconds).

And you all need to bring your own effing drinks and bring money for pizza/going out. We don't have --any-- food OR drink here so you are all completely on your own. Like seriously.
