I'm thinking about wiping everything out of the Combo thread and just starting over. =/

Went back to a pad for the first time in months today, Felt alien for about 5 games. Could barely use Mami Circular or even let out a bubble. Stick cant get delivered fast enough. Also, Hawk and Sym play an amazing Platinum. Kinda makes me wanna' go back to the drawing board. Wait, Have we played b4? I don't remember your tag at all.

Lol A lot of them are still from pre-release and don't seem to work. That's why I wanted to just start over. It would be easier to gather all the information from scratch then to try and work through all that we have. But I suppose it's okay, I'll just have to sit down and look through it all once I get her.

If we could get Plat sometime this upcoming week on PS3, that would be pretty awesome.

Though in CS1, I'd like to do his bnb now and then from a Serpents Benediction -> C Though I feel that Platinum should be taking the Troll Throne now =D I wouldn't mind that actually >_> Expected crowd reaction: IMO he gained some, lost some. Ability to tech out of 3c hurts the most for me, loss of some throw combo's ect. Against Platinu it really is an uphill battle, When I was playing you both with him, I was miles away, knowing if I fired a chain, it would be blocked, If I came in with the chain, I'd be countered. You were waiting with bombs. and a bubble was overhead. I didnt even know what was going on. Hazama matchup is even, at worst.

Is it 6-4 for both? 5-5? Can you tell me your reasons why and what I can do to win the matchup? I'm mainly a Tager player, but I really want to learn platinum specifically for these matchups. I'm wondering if it's worth my time. Having a blast playing Platinum anyway though.

I'm wondering if it's worth my time. Having a blast playing Platinum anyway though. Vs Hazama (4-6 in his favour) It is a real pain to get in on him because of his stupid snakes. So, what I tend to do is to wait for him to make the first move by letting him come to you. If he use the snake to get in on you but the snake doesn't actually hit you, then you can 6A him depending on where he is in the air. But if the snakes does hit you on block and he is coming in on you, you can't anti air him because of the block stun from the snake and you must block his moves. But if he does hit you with the snake (On block) and he goes behind you, than you can 2C him, which could be counter hit. Another thing that you should be worry about in this match up is that when you are rushing him down, you need to be careful of Hazama's dragon kick (Where he does the black backflip kick) and his super. All in all, this match up is about you being defensive and making the attack at the right time I hope that this is helpful.
