Heh,

That's what I've been doing too. I was hoping you guys could give me something fresh that I'm not already doing :p

There isn't much else you can do because they'll be out of range, you can mix it up by doing a C Bubble instead of a B Bubble to create a anti-jump situation as well. Most of the time they'll try to jump out (Or DP) so I just run up > 6A them for a combo. =D So much you can do! It's all about your opponents mindset though, you have to be able to adapt to the situation, ya' know?

Word to the wise, offline, I can react to Plat's command throw with my 2D, be VERY careful about throwing out dem command throws on a solid Noel.

Alternatively, be careful about throwing them out against a Noel that mashes 2D.

VS noel spamming jabs is way more consistent then any other thing :D

6A beats 2D clean.

Yes it does, I was simply telling you to look out for it when going for Command throw mixup, like I said, offline I can REACT to your command throw's startup and press 2D, to go over it just in time. This is a very very bad thing, since it makes Command throw mixup a huge risk against a Noel that knows what they are doing.

Obviously if you believe the Noel is just mashing 2D, you can 6A them for free, but when the Noel ISN'T mashing is when they are dangerous.

It's a good thing there are only like, 4 Noel's in English speaking countries that don't mash, so you don't have to worry about them too much I suppose.

I hardly go for command anyways. It's very telegraphed move. Though the reward with bubble setup is quite juicy. Regular throws still work great.

I had another instances where her Bell absorbed something. The first time Mu threw out her stein and I was close so I went for the grab and before the Bell hit Mu her stein hit the Bell and though it still hit him it did no damage and her recovered long before I could so as far as I know it has a projectile hitbox which is very weird. Ok second time I had a run in with the Bell was today when I grabbed my friend who plays Mu and right after I grabbed him and the bell hit he took the damage as normal but he burst right after the bell hit and apparently while I was watching the replay the Bell had almost faded completely off the screen and it absorb his burst and I recovered and swung in a 5C while he was still in burst recovery but whiffed due to him having just bursted. If I would have timed it right I could had a free combo. The instance of the Bell absorbing a hit applies to Mu only I think....so far (maybe Tao's baseball that comes back might work to). But the second one about the burst of course applies to everyone. Just because the Bell is almost off screen doesn't mean its hitbox is gone I guess. I need to test and see what happens if anyone burst anytime after the grab if it still absorbs a hit even when it looks to be completely off the screen.

So how does it feel to know that cute little sugoi Platinum has a ballsack directly under her chin? I'll never look at the bell the same again.

He's questioning your sexuality and to be honest, I'm starting too also.

I'm not the one who originally noticed it, it was pointed out to me as I have now pointed out to you. It's kinda awkward haha.

Something odd occurred. If Jin does 6C and Plat does 5B at point blank or relatively close range, it is possible for them to wiff and switch sides.

Swallow moon can be quickly canceled into an airdash by holding A+B and inputting 646

You can use this to sort of airdash cancel her air normals.

Not just that, I've sometimes whiffed and crossed up with my dead angle against stuff like dash 2a.

This happened to me too yesterday. Her 5b is really strange :s

Longest range but slowest 5B in the game.

Nothing really strange.

Its not a go to poke so don't use it as such.

Best use for it is to catch jump outs and hope it CH's.

Guide on how to combo into 22C is coming with button inputs to show the timing. Hopefully this will keep people from constantly asking how to do it.

And I know I've been taking a while with the combo thread, but more stuff is continuing to be found and it's just more to look through. Just keep your eyes open for a big update soon.

My harddrive crashed 2 weeks ago, and I've been trying to recover it but no dice. Now i have to type the Vs carl matchup over again. I'm still pissed, but I'll try to have it done by the end of the week in between my crying over everything I lost.

Does anyone else wish the carosel pony was an actual tool or move she could do in game? I don't care if its like heart car or an item i just think it be funny as crap to hit someone with it...or the Jubei doll.

Lol yeah. You could throw it out and it starts attacking your oppenent and enables you to get free pressure or you could do a Carl and sandwhich your opponent :)

Sorta' like Chaos's Dear in Melty Blood.

Or it could just run hella' fast full screen towards the enemy then explode on hit, while Luna/Sena screams "Stampede!"... arrr, what great fun that would be.

Been in the laboratory with Plat for the last couple of days, been testing out a safe way to make Air Persia a good cross-up and set up Dramatic Sammy, I came up with a pretty good one against Ragna. It requires Magical/Miracle Bombs, and this set-up block string is actually safe from DPs if you space it right. Next to the opponent I use 5A > 5A > 2B > 3C > 214D (bomb) > 66236A. If they do Inferno Divider after 3C and try to hit you while you do Mystic Momo, all three bombs will hit them, but if they stay blocking you'll be safe from the cover of the bombs when you Air Persia so that you can continue your pressure. I'm going to test this out against Litchi and Tsubaki next.

EDIT: Trying to see if I can do some Air Persia cross-ups with Missiles, trying to make it like Sentinel Drone Assist shenanigans.

Looks pretty legit.

Works on everyone? It seems like it would.
