You should feel the impact of the changes because you went from the highest to the lowest

Are the 700s considered high PSR now? I remember mid to late 200s were considered good before, and then hoo boy if you had 300+

I guess the 600 in EX stands for 180 in CS2 which is considered high.

I was bored, so I took some of the posted pictures and visualized my feelings. :V

Also, shout-outs to Ragna for being the best zoner ever. 5B is ridiculous. Feels like playing against CS2 Makoto with Tager~

the ragna matchup definitely has a learning curve to it because of that dumb kick. I've never liked him -_-

I'm was and still is trolling Ragna with Makoto's 5B even in CSEX whenever I played, level up them footises guys.

The problem I'm having is, if the Ragna knows his pokes well and, more importantly, Makoto's pokes well, and he starts switching up 5B and 5C, things can turn pretty ugly. It's already pretty hard for me to hit him out of 5B due to the proper spacing, but I don't see any way of beating 5C (except whiff-punishing it, I guess) reliably, if at all.

5C isn't that fast and he brings his hitbox forward a bit before the slash connects. If you're sitting (specifically not moving) at max 5C range, don't bother trying to poke him. It's not like your normals reach that far anyway.

I like to troll fagna users with makoto 5b. It makes everyone mad. If you block his 5c he doesn't have much follow ups, and if you block 5c with barrier he'll be pushed away so you'd be able to react to gauntlet hades and either dp it or block. Another would be hells fang. Also 6c but i think you should be able to block 6c on reaction. I think the last follow up is 2d and that's definitely easy to block on reaction.

5B damage 550

5C startup 8F(is this real :O)

6C startup 14F

2D lv3 prorates are 80/90

4BC damage is 800

j.BC 90/55

CA is 50/92

at least this is how it is written in csex guide book(there is too much errors, lol))

The damage and proration data in the guide are legit, I took it from the JBBS. However there was nothing about frames and the data given by the guide now are bleh.

well, i don't believe to this guide too, but this better to be tested to be sure)

mash 2A harder, thats lesson)but seriously i think it can be used for better meaty by chaining 2A.

if anyone will find makoto announcer samples, post it)it can help me to spend some points in xbl or save it for me)

Nope, the Kara cancel window will stay the same iirc, it will just make mashing 2A to catch rolling easier.

Stargazer start up is now 20F! (was 22F)

And Mars Chopper is 20F (was 18F)

Stargazer Is -14 now. Lunatic upper and Mars chopper still the same.

Lightning Arrow C version now have the Proration of B (still you need FC to combo of it -_-)

BBS is -57

Shooting Star is now much faster 22F (was 28F iirc)

Infinite rush Recovery is now 33F (was 30F) thats why you cant do the old 214ACCCCC > 5A > 6A

At least you guys still have something that's +3
