That, and Milln just announced what the Mystery Game is, so that's pretty hype-worthy.

When I get bored of studying Noel stuff I can just come here and read your responses to the trolling roflcopter. Even though I end up coming here right away anyways since the CS2 Noel threads have absolutely no info right now. The game's been out for a really long time, we should definitely have more to say about these match-ups than what I've read so far. *Sighs*

I've still got some TERRIBLE habits, and I don't know how to properly use Blood Kain combos yet (which seem really important to CSII Ragna), but I'm working on it. If nothing else, I feel like I learned a lot that will help me improve last night, so I'll don't think I'll be TOO free at MWC come Sunday. :3

Talk to Papstr. Do BK Inferno Divider; it bounces. Also do the BK combo filler I created in CT- Hell's Fang. It bounces off of any wall, not just corners. Stuff about how there's no info on Noel why don't -you- contribute? That information is put there by other players just like you. @everyone: I just got my megaphone. *thumbs up* prepare to hear the amplified version of "Hey, everybody shut up!" and "you need to calm down". But if no one cares i'll just keep it to myself.

I've decided to sub litchi again too, as you saw in our matches. like I said before, her metagame will get stale quick. Not S tier worthy. Her metagame becoming relatively stagnant doesn't mean she isn't S tier worthy. Unless other things are discovered to make other characters go up the tier list, noel is easily S tier worthy. CT nu, anybody?

I like to do 5D > Hells fang > 5b off the wall bounce > 6a jD JD 623D 236D 214d > falling JD > j214b 214d > 5d > corner shit

I will admit that in CS1 she was pretty boring to play plus her low damage output was frustrating. Well, her damage is somewhat different but the point is she's different nonetheless and those combos are fun to do. I might stop production of Tsubaki training until Litchi is done.
